I came by after getting low-balled by Carmax (never trade in there - they take advantage of convenience when buying a car) and was treated like a king. I got a fair price for my Infiniti. I then realized I forgot my parking decal in the back of the car and they worked with the new owner to return my decal in a couple weeks before I had to pay $150. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was looking for used car under $3000.I searched my desired vehicle online and ultimately found loudounusedcars having vehicles within my budget.I along with my brother visited there.I found both of these guys Ali and Asif so helpful,friendly and professional. After a little negotiations got a SUV far below than my budget.The story didn't end up here, though I bought this SUV AS IS and they mentioned during deal they wouldn't be responsible of any post sale mishappening but after a week the vehicle started misfiring and just to get opinion I contacted them.They not only came to my place took my car to their mechanic in sterling and paid for the replacement of 2 of bad coils and plugs themselves.I'd never seen this type of customer care before.I will definitely recommend these guys to buy used cars.
