We purchased an Armada Platinum.

We purchased an Armada Platinum. Danny Cox and the management team worked hard to find us the best vehicle for us. They went out of their way to find and purchase our vehicle as they didn’t have what we needed on their lot. We most likely would not have purchased a vehicle had it not been for their effort especially Mr. Cox.

Needs to improve customer service

The level of service I received here was abysmal. I was able to make a lease for a new 2020 Nissan, but it was what happened after that I experience terrible customer service. When leasing my new vehicle, I waited for two hours for them to get their paperwork ready. Something like this should have been taken care of before a customer arrives, especially since they knew that I would be coming to sign the lease. Apart from that, I was asked back several times to their office to sign paperwork that they neglected to have me sign. This is just unacceptable. Worst of all the level of professionalism that I got from the managers of the sales dept was at times dismissive of straight-up rude. Now Anton, one of the sales reps, was very much a gentleman to me and keep in contact with me when he could and I appreciate his professionalism in that respect. But many of the other men on the floor did not do as good a job as they should have.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I bought a car two weeks ago and they claimed it passed inspection, just the other night I finally drove her at night for a very dangerous and disheartening surprise. My car has no high working high beams and the lights are uneven and pointed straight at the ground. We were forced to drive 2 hours alone on the highway with 3 feet at most of visibility. I am so grateful we did not crash. I emailed my salesman Keith Powell explaining what was wrong and he responded "sorry for the inconvenience" without offering to fix what they CLAIMED wasn't even broken. I was fine that the online description said it came with floor mats, but they weren't there after I bought it... however I can NOT ignore the fact that they gave me a carafe report stating that this vehicle was inspected and passed. This has been the worst sales experience I have ever experienced. "Customer for life" PFT!

Purchased a Nissan Armada Platinum today from Elizabeth City Nissan. This is my 2nd purchase from Nissan if Elizabeth City in the past 3 months. Mike Harrell was the sales associate and a complete professional. No pressure, very knowledgeable, great follo up and follow through. Remarkable experience both times. He even took the time to introduce me to the service department and clearly defined what I could expect going forward. Highly recommend.

I had a very good buying experience with the new Nissan of Elizabeth City. When I searched online for a Nissan Sentra I received a call and an email in less than twenty-four hours. I went down to the dealership to do a credit check and by the end of the night I had a brand new car! The staff was very friendly and gave me a good deal.

The best thus far!

I visited Nissan of Elizabeth City just to price a car and see what I needed to take the next step and too my surprise I left with a new car! The service was amazing, so were the people. They're definently the place to go when shopping for a vehicle. Corey Wilkins definently came through for me. I couldn't thank him enough!
