DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I bought a car two weeks ago and they claimed it passed inspection, just the other night I finally drove her at night for... a very dangerous and disheartening surprise. My car has no high working high beams and the lights are uneven and pointed straight at the ground. We were forced to drive 2 hours alone on the highway with 3 feet at most of visibility. I am so grateful we did not crash. I emailed my salesman Keith Powell explaining what was wrong and he responded "sorry for the inconvenience" without offering to fix what they CLAIMED wasn't even broken. I was fine that the online description said it came with floor mats, but they weren't there after I bought it... however I can NOT ignore the fact that they gave me a carafe report stating that this vehicle was inspected and passed. This has been the worst sales experience I have ever experienced. "Customer for life" PFT!

Have been looking for a specific Nissan for my needs. Took my Altima in for repair and spoke with a salesman (Anton Thomas). Had no idea this dealership... would have what I was looking for but they did. Thanks Anton for your help!!

Excellent experience. Anthony was great who sold me the vehicle. I felt they were very transparent about everything. The two Brian's were very helpful... and explained things very simply.

Purchased a Nissan Armada Platinum today from Elizabeth City Nissan. This is my 2nd purchase from Nissan if Elizabeth City in the past 3 months. Mike Harrell... was the sales associate and a complete professional. No pressure, very knowledgeable, great follo up and follow through. Remarkable experience both times. He even took the time to introduce me to the service department and clearly defined what I could expect going forward. Highly recommend.
I had a very good buying experience with the new Nissan of Elizabeth City. When I searched online for a Nissan Sentra I received a call and an email in... less than twenty-four hours. I went down to the dealership to do a credit check and by the end of the night I had a brand new car! The staff was very friendly and gave me a good deal.

I hate buying cars. It's always a hassle. That is, it has always been a pain, until we did business with Elizabeth City Nissan. We felt fairly treated,... got a great deal, and they did everything hey could to make our buying experience a pleasure. What a difference!
Three weeks. I waited three weeks to get my car. And it was well worth it. After agreeing to purchase a car from another dealer, I stumbled across this... dealership that had the same vehicle for a lot cheaper. Unfortunately I couldn't get it but Big Joe took very good care of me. He had the dealership hand select my new Pathfinder and deliver it to me and in the mean time put me in a awesome Star Wars edition rogue one. In that time dealerships were throwing me crazy deals that I would've been foolish to say no to. This went on for about three weeks and every time I went to return the car Big Joe restored my faith and it eventually paid off. He OBLITERATED the competition and buried them where they belong and got me a SWEEEEET deal on a 2016 Pathfinder. No way would I have thought it would have been possible but my patience paid off and Big Joe made it work. If you're looking for a vehicle go see Joe. (3 stars for buying process because it took 3 weeks but Pathfinders are really popular so I understood)
