Super awesome service team!

Super awesome service team! I gave Buzz a last minute call on a Friday night and let him know I was out of town and needed to get back to Louisiana by Saturday. After getting my car towed to the dealer, Buzz and Nick James made the impossible possible by diagnosing, repairing and ops checking my Ford Expedition’s major coolant leak and returning it to me the same day! This awesome service team saved me from having to pay for a rental car to make it home for work. Buzz and Nick are doing the lords work keeping these Pe-Oh-Es Fords road-worthy. Seriously, I’ve had issue after issue with my ford expedition. I’ve had several transmission issues in the past which ruined a different family trip for me, and this time the coolant leak left me stranded on the side of the road with my 3 kids in the middle of Austin. I’m considering selling my American made Pe-Oh-Es for something else. As an active duty service member I was happy to buy an American brand vehicle, but after having my leave ruined twice I’m regretting that decision. Thanks again Buzz and Nick for fixing my Pe-Oh-Es on such a tight schedule! Awesome people just poor product from Ford.

I appreciate the Service Team, and Mechanical Team who

I appreciate the Service Team, and Mechanical Team who work on my 2017 Ford Edge the always check for any safety issues to keep my car running as it should.

As always, very pleased with my visit to Maxwell Ford’s service center. Shaff was very personable, thorough and took the time to learn about my vehicle. My vehicle was ready before the time promised.

Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever been to the

Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever been to the constant grind and hustle to get you in and out is ridiculous I took my autistic child and after being there for 6 hours and overhearing the financing dept saying they could care less how long I wait is ridiculous I wanted to leave but the salesperson was running like a chicken with his head cut off to get Me to stay even following me to my vehicle and even calling me when we went to go get lunch down the street at whataburger finally I get my vehicle and three weeks later I’m t boned I go back to the dealership to see what can be done and my salesperson Troy didn’t care of course On to the next sale but what is crazy is he has the nerve to text me last week to say if I can please give him a five star review that’s incredible to text a man on his personal line months later not even asking if I’m okay or My brand new Truck but you ask for a review I will never do business there again and I warn you guys to buy somewhere else!

Jackie was great. She took care of me and all of my needs. Setting the appointment was simple and easy. It was nice and this requires too many words
