I recently bought a new Toyota RAV4 XLE, and I want to thank Rito for making the whole experience easy and stress-free, even when things were a bit uncertain on my end. Rito was very patient, calm, and understanding throughout the whole process. He always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Arrived at 6:45 for my 7am appointment.

Arrived at 6:45 for my 7am appointment. What was needed was to inspect rear driver side tire that was losing air and had visible tears. Asked how long this would take to evaluate and address and was told 3 hours (seemed really long to me st the time considering it was evaluate, ask for approval to replace based on tire warranty i spent $800 on, smd replace it.). I received zero unsolicited updates, had to ask 4 separate times for updates. I left the dealership with the one replaced tire at 11:50, FIVE HOURS LATER. Pitiful temporary guest lounge to spend my five hours in. Used to the Sterling McCall dealership in sugar land where everything is first class. My engine mow needs to be replaced because of a recall so will bring back ONE more time here and give benefit of the doubt snd hope this was a one off experience but if not, will drive gladly south to San Marcos or north to the North Austin dealership for service smd to purchase my wife?s highlander which we looked at here but after my experience yesterday, will NOT be buying or trading in at this dealership. Service matters above all else, even price. Do better autonation.
