Had high hopes with this dealership, but they walked away

Had high hopes with this dealership, but they walked away from a deal within $1000-1500 I knew it wasn’t going to go well when the first words out of the rep’s mouth on the phone was trashing my trade that it had “high miles” when I got quote from another dealer for an extra $200 for being low miles. The impasse happened over my trade. They wouldn’t even give me average book value which ranges from $20,250 to $22,250. Every other dealer was giving me $21,500 sight unseen. Instead they dug their heels in at $19,750 and said they wouldn’t be able to sell it or auction it because of Toyota dealerships around the area. Sounds like a dealership admitting they’re not very good at selling cars. Obviously. They were only taking about $1700 off a $60K+ vehicle- allegedly “invoice” price. And then I even agreed to $699 maintenance package and to shipping my trade to them and the new car to me for $1500 when I already quoted around about $500-$600 is the going rate for shipment per vehicle. I was more than reasonable and they seem to like the car more than I did, I guess. Look elsewhere if you’re looking for a good deal.

Unmatched service

The best workmanship on all of their auto services! Very talented technicians and mechanics. My car runs like new all of the time thanks to their work! Their service advisors (Orien and the rest of the team) are always quick to keep me updated every time.

Update Regarding Battery Life

My vehicle was serviced here in October 2022. I did leave a review then regarding the great service from Jay. I want to update as I was advised to replace my battery at that time. They were not pushy about it. I declined as I felt it was too soon…my vehicle had less than 40K miles. I am happy to report my battery is still going strong. We will see how the next service visit goes.

Excellent car care

Excellent service. Had vehicle in for service. Technician extremely knowledgeable. I live in Dallas but still drive here to purchase and service my vehicles. Richard Grimn is outstanding.

Great connections over long history

The service and technician team go out of their way to make sure the customer experience is 5-star. From the offering options such as easy online scheduling to the videos they provide of their real-time work they go above and beyond valuing the customer. The best part was really when Richard G. made the time to make a customer connection and swap stories about the long history of the dealership. When you realize RGM has been around that many years then you know they must be providing a great service after the sale.

Big thumb's up

Excellent, friendly, timely service - they even have a shuttle that will take you to any restaurant in a ten mile radius and then pick you up and drive you back! Reasonable prices too, unlike the Audi dealership I used to deal with. Very impressed all around.

Mazda Rocks!

Ashley Johnson was my Service Advisor. She was amazing! I love the videos from the mechanics showing the diagnosis and that I needed a battery. Great overall experience! :)

My New Car Care Spot

I just had my car inspected here yesterday. Richard G. was amazing. The waiting area is beyond nice and everyone is very polite, professional and courteous. I will now be going here for all of my car needs.
