    I would highly recommend this place for a car purchase. The pricing they offer is excellent. Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Landry is one of... the manager there who does great service to the customers by offering great deals which you will not find anywhere else in Texas. I would highly recommend you to approach him if you want good service and additional Roger Beasley Offers for additional 3 years.

    I traveled to Austin from San Antonio for this dealership! I received impeccable service from the moment I called! Bassam, Tyler, Landry and Jordan... were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! I am a loyal customer to Mazda and am now on my 7th! They have won me over from North Park Mazda.....I will be back!

    I recently had routine service done on my car at Roger Beasley Mazda Central and it was completed while I waited in less than the time they had predicted.... Staff were friendly and courteous. Waiting area was comfortable. It was very easy to set up the appointment day and time on line.

    I am 73 years old and have purchased numerous vehicles in the past but i must say that my experience with the professionals at Roger Beasley Mazda, specifically,... Mike Huddleston, Edgar Hernandez and Jordan Taylor, was without a doubt the very best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. The professionalism, the willingness to go above and beyond to meet our expectations was incredible. We were shopping for a new car for my daughter. We went from color to color, to the color combination in the interior, the various options for three different vehicles. Each time i asked them to redo the numbers for the vehicles they were more than happy to do so. Finally we found the perfect match along with a very generous offer. My daughter told us after we left the dealership that she was so happy and she had to continually pinch herself to make sure she was not dreaming. I just want to again thank Mike, Edgar and Jordan for their patience, kindness and professionalism. Those three gentlemen are an asset to your organization. By the way the showroom was incredibly customer friendly. Thank you again.

    Consumers have choices when it comes to where they purchase their vehicles. While I was just there to purchase a used car, you should not treat customers... any different. You never know who is going to be in the market to buy a new car soon. To list a used car for sale, know someone is traveling 3 hours rt to purchase the car, and not even have it clean or inspected before arrival is not how I would do business. I get the car was only $4000.00, but I was ready to purchase and had cash in hand. It hadn't even been cleaned in the slightest, let alone get ready for sale. The whole idea of it not being inspected previous to sale is disturbing. You would think that would be done before listing it for sale! I cant believe you have people do test drives in cars that are so filthy that you can get the plague just by looking at it. Some folks are worried about wearing masks, I would have traded my wallet for a full body suit and oxygen supply the car was so absolutely gross. If used cars mean so little to you, ya'll should just stick to the new ones!

    Hi Cory, we are sorry to hear about your experience. The vehicle had just come into our inventory on trade and while we did inform you of that, we sho...uld have done a better job explaining that it had not yet been through the shop or detail. We are a little confused by your review because after the test drive you requested that we inform you when it had been through the shop and detail and even inquired about checking on certain items indicating that you were still interested. We typically don't show vehicles that haven't been through our make-ready process, however, if a customer wants to see it right away, like in your case, we are willing to do so with the understanding that it still needs work. Again, we apologize that the condition of the vehicle was not made more clear to you, that was our mistake and we would appreciate the opportunity to work together and earn back your business.
