Inaccurate website description
They mentioned $22352 on cars.com and when we reached showroom they priced $1800 more for certification which will be done by there showroom. And they mentioned taking mandatory we can’t escape it. So total is $24152 which is ripoff .They not mentioning this on website after coming to showroom they are adding it .Watch out for this sneaky ripoffs guys.

Terrible buying experience, I walked out.
Came in to purchased a car advertised as a Certified, pre-owned vehicle. They wouldn't budge a dime on the price but I told them to write it up anyway. I noticed a charge of $995.00 added to the advertised price. When I questioned it, they insisted I needed to pay the additional $995.00 over the advertised price for the certification. They said that their cars are not actually certified, they are certifiable at additional cost. I got up and walked out.

Do Not Go Here - Huge Fraudsters
These folks require you to sign a binding arbitration agreement before walking off the lot with a truck. My wife and I bought from them last month, and they won’t even return our calls. They have no return policy - you get what you get. Be sure to inspect your vehicle bumper to bumper yourself or have a mechanic come with you. (Yes, even on new trucks, ours is a 2021.)

First, this place is gross. Their employees smoke right by the front door, no one wears masks unless they're talking to customers, and they bait and switch their cars. Seriously - visit the next closest dealership.

Glendale Heights Nissan dealership is disgusting inside. I tried to get in and out with a new car and they had horrible customer service. They do not honor military service, only active duty. They gave me a hard time about being in the Marines. Two people in their lobby were there complaining about buying lemons off their lot. They said they wouldn't do anything to fix those cars, because their policy states once you sign its yours to fix. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STRESS. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

ONLINE PRICING IS WRONG, SCAM!!!
Asked for a price online and they keep saying you need to go into the dealership to get a price, stay far far far away from this place.

Sales person called me an a**hole
Went in to get a lease that I had already negotiated over email. Wen I got there I was told that what I was quoted was no posible. Because I stood firm on what I was quoted, the sales person had the audacity to call me an a**hole as I was walking away. I walked back and asked for a supervisor and a gentleman told me that he was it. Wen I asked him for an apology he said it was up to the sales person. After I got home I got an email from the sales rep thanking me for my visit, as if to mock me. Worst experience on a dealer ever.

Wasted time and travel
Terrible experience. Made an appointment to see a 2019 Nissan Kicks advertised on CARS.com. After the test drive we waited a considerable amount of time for the salesman/manager to write up the price with a trade in value on our 2011 Nissan Sentra SR with only 51,000 miles, no accidents, and one owner. The salesman/manager tacked on an additional 928 to the price offered on CARS.com for destination charges. That should have been included in the offered price! Additionally and even more offensive, they low balled the trade in value of our car at $1,500. RIDICULOUS! Then the guy tried to justify it by showing us kelly blue book trade in value of $3,400-4,400 and called it retail value. Complete WASTE of time and travel. Never again!!

larry is a very unpleasant and unprofessional manager. my check engine light went on (10 days after purchase, i might add) and autozone diagnosed FIVE different issues. called to discuss options and was told they could not help me because allegedly several employees witnessed me being involved in a hit and run outside of the store. this never happened, and they have since publicly accused me of committing a crime for no apparent reason. so, yeah, unless you like yelled at on the phone by Anger Issues Larry or being told you got into a car accident (that never happened) fifteen times, i would steer clear.
