I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge from Henry at the Auto store on 3/11/24. On the day of my purchase I expressed concern about the “spongey” brake pad goes all the way to the floor. I was assured by Henry it was natural. Sonya I purchased. I returned on on 3/18/24 to advise Henry I was uncomfortable with the brakes, he had the mechanic check the vehicle and I was told they bleed the line, checked the fluid it was ok. On 4/1/24 I took the vehicle to a reputable Brake Mechanic in business 40+ years. He tells me the master cylinder is out and it’s obvious! I take to the Auto Store immediately I’m told by District manager LEROY there is nothing wrong and all he can do is bleed the lines .. I assure him that the brake mechanic and everyone I know can tell there is a brake issue! He becomes condescending and tells me there is no brake issue and the mechanic is lying to me. I immediately become on the defense bc why would the mechanic lie there is no expense he will lose. I advise Leroy I know that I only have 10 days left in my Warranty and that this is my formal complaint. He walks out of the office as I’m speaking. DO NOT PATRONIZE THE AUTO STORE OF FARMVILLE NC !

I told them I was driving an hour and a half to there and told him what my credit score was and how much I had to put down. With my pay and my money down, he said it was no problem, come on out here and I'll get you in the car you want. So I paid someone to bring me and guess what?!?! They came to me and said my credit score was 100 points lower than what it is and that I needed 5 times what I told him I had to put down. So I wasted my time and money paying someone to take me out there.!! Do not listen to them, if they tell you to come in, don't until they talk to a bank and tell you what they said you need down. Actually, just don't waist your time even dealing with these people, they'll tell you whatever to get you there. And if they can't do what they said, they'll say it's your fault that your credit score is 100 points lower than what it is!!! AVOID THIS PLACE, ITS A WASTE OF TIME!!! LIARS

Bad business sold me a GMC terrain at the winterville store that was no good,get a mechanic to check your car from them first .I will be posting pictures on facebook.

Worst dealership in greenville winterville area that includes their farmville location the cusomer service is revolting the 3 month warranty is trash and covers nothing we bough a car three months n two weeks ago is dead in the water in the driveway with a gaping hole in the motor as well as missing engine bolts and they swear they inspect every car and have them serviced but somehow missed loose engine bolts not to mention i drove it off the lot only to have my girl call who was following me say that there is a tailight out

This place is very disappointing.. please beware beware and beware once again. The games they play are sick. I cannot wait until they are busted for their fraudulent sick and demented games. Purchased a car from here and the mechanic is rude as all get out and often acts like you are inconveniencing him! They push off repairs until the warranty is out. They know these issues with the vehicles and they DO NOT INSPECT VEHICLES! Their finance company is disgusting as well they know goodness well they are charging people for money pit cars. You only get a month out of these vehicles and they do not honor warranties until you apply pressure to their tails !!!

I brought a car from here in feb2022 and now the head gasket blown ever since I got the car it being having problems had it only for 3 months I was sold a lemon and that’s not right I’m single parent I wouldn’t advise no one else to buy a car from them. Lemishawilliams

Bought a car paid cash great for about 2 weeks. Then electrical issues ever since called, called, cussed and fussed was told they'll take care of it trust the process. NOPE I TRUST NOTHING ABOUT THIS DEALER OR THEIR PRACTICES. The last time they said we will get it taken caree of take it to MY MECHANIC. It was there for 2.5 weeks and NOTHING WAS FIXED. Cameron, the service dept, the whole lot of them do not know the meaning of customer service or how to take care of their customers. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR 'PROCESS" THEY WILL COMPLETELY SCREW YOU OVER.

It started out as a good experience, but when you have to take vehicle back constantly, then it matters get worse, sales mgr mike, is a bad influence to the company

great people here Kayle and Frank was great. I had it for two years now. I will go back to see them. this place is great.

I bought a car from them in Feb and its now July and im having motor and transmission problems. They hid the problems long enough for there warranty to wear off they suck. Now im out of a car and money.
