I called Mike Love about a 2004 Toyota Tacoma he just got in and he rushed it into the detail shop and met me there the following day. Then he brought to my attention an exhaust leak and said he would have it fixed was there any certain way I wanted it done, he also was going to put new tires on the truck and let me pick from his supplier the exact tires I wanted on the truck. So all in all it was an awesome experience buying my new Tacoma since I got an awesome truck with new exhaust and brand new tires, oh yeah it was professionally detailed. Mike is fantastic and will bend over backwards to ensure you car buying experience is the best it can possibly be.

I just bought a 2008 Ford Explorer XLT from Mike Love @ TM Auto Wholesalers and I'm extremely happy with it. The price was more than fair for a truck in this great of condition. My experience with TM Auto was outstanding ***** FIVE STARS in customer service. Mike Love provided my family and I a simple & painless negotiation process at a price we were confortable with! He even met with us at a central location from his dealership and our home to show the vehicle after business hours. The vehicle was sold "AS IS" with no warranty (not sure if one was available or not I didn't ask) however I've had the vehicle for a week and no problems are arising what so ever. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Mike Love strikes me as a family man that cares about his customers and his community! Mike was friendly, honest, and speedy. We've been looking for a specific big SUV for months. Finally found one that TM Auto had on it's lot. I asked Mike if we could see it Sunday, and he graciously said yes (eventhough he had just got home from Florida). My wife and I test drove the vehicle and had no problems. I was leery of buying from a dealer that wasn't a "big" name store (as we've never done this). The vehicle was impeccably maintained. The process to actually do the paperwork was quick and efficient. He even had to deal with all my children while we were there. Great experience. If you find a car that you need on his lot, or if he can find it for you, I would go back again to TM Auto.

A pretty good dealer i will admit.Vehicle came with a warranty from the top end.As a customer im all about relationship and service and Mike has and showed the character and qualities that a customer appreciates and im sure business will continue to grow for him.Very flexible as far as scheduling appointments and is definitely a person of his word.A lot of dealers just want the customer to sign sign sign but Mike explains to you whats really going on and gives you options and lets you choose the situation thats best for you and does it all through a one man operation but will definitely need some help because business im quite sure is overloading him yet still answers every one of the calls i have made and was positive from point A to B.
