I’ll be honest, I went into the service with an idea in

I’ll be honest, I went into the service with an idea in my head that I was going to be angry. The first service I had, I was overly charged, when I tried to explain that it was in my contract when I bought my car that my oil changes were free. THEN, when trying to schedule my second service it took 5 times to actually get an appointment. First two calls, the phone would just ring and no one would answer. Second two calls, I was told there was no weekend appointments for over 4 months and I could be put on a call list if one becomes available or I could just leave my car and they get to it when they get to it. I finally get an appointment, so I go in ready to fight. I meet with Lucio, at the front desk who was super nice, so I instantly calm down. I let the whole thing play out and see how I am treated. He had my car done in 20 minutes and even had a nice conversation with me as I was leaving. Honestly, it is because of that man, I will come back! And I hope I can request to only work with him!

I’ve been taking my 2016 Kia Soul for service at KIA of

I’ve been taking my 2016 Kia Soul for service at KIA of Temecula since I bought it new. The service department is very helpful and I’ve never had any complaints regarding the service or repairs needed. My last visit was July 2025 for regular upkeep & to have my a/c repaired. Chris Koontz (Service Advisor) was very helpful, quick to respond and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend KIA of Temecula.
