Great customer service every time I go in. No pressure. Everything done in a timely matter. Free oil changes and even got a free 20 point inspection.

Since the purchase of my Optima, I have had great

Since the purchase of my Optima, I have had great service with my warranty and maintenance. Kia has worked with me as a whole, and took care of me on a trip interruption once.

This is my sec d time getting my Kia serviced.

This is my sec d time getting my Kia serviced. The service department setup seems disorganized. It is not clear where the line starts with three doors and four desks and some kooky old guy jumped in front of me after I waited quite a bit. Also, the lineup of cars to get in is a mess. It makes me want to avoid getting my car serviced there. Regardless, the service advisors are friendly and did a good job. Also, my car was ready on time. If the setup was not such a mess, I would give five stars.

Outcome was great and I appreciate what Chris did to

Outcome was great and I appreciate what Chris did to assist. Only knock is communication. Coulda been a bit better but the outcome of the vehicle resolution trumped it.

I’m very happy to have my car back and it seems so far

I’m very happy to have my car back and it seems so far they fixed the problem. The agent Nice was very professional and kind. Scott Clement was very helpful in arranging a car rental while my car was being worked on. Thank you Mr. Clement. I greatly appreciate Kia’s business.

Dealership is clean and friendly.

Dealership is clean and friendly. Service department is improving on speed/availability. Response time to issues that need manager approval needs to improve. Waiting 4-6 months to get answers is not professional.

Very Good 👍🏻 it was quick! Friendly. Thank you for your service! I will recommend your dealership. On time. The only downside is that there was many customers without appointments. And that delays the customers that have appointments. Also the only have One poor person working on Saturday. It should be two or 3 people. To help out. He was overbooked, and customers without appointments keep talking to him about services :(
