Definitely worth stopping in!!!

Carlos and Daniel were very helpful and made the process of buying my 2022 Kia Telluride very simple and showed me everything in the vehicle before I left. If you're ever in the market for a kia, come here and see one of these two gentleman! They deserve a raise. This place also has very competitive and lower prices than many dealerships in San Diego County.

Perma plate fraud

Perma plate optional warranty fraud.It is basically a extended appearance protection when it already comes with manufacturer warranty of 3yrs. Sales person will tell you it cannot be removed but when you sign the contract they will list it under optional items. They will charge you upto $1500


1st service appointment

I checked around and found the Kia dealership in Temecula had the best rating in Southern California. I spoke with Jeremy he was great on the phone and he also checked me in for my service. When I came to pick up the car everything was in order he did some extra checking on the vehicle and I felt I could trust the service and the dealership. I will only bring my car here in the future. I highly recommend them.

Battery was bad when the vehicle was purchased.

The Service Manager, Jeremy, was extremely helpful, polite and professional. For medical reasons, i required the car the following Monday morning and I contacted the service department late on Friday. The service manager informed me that if I arrived before quitting time that he would make sure that the car would be ready that afternoon. The service went smoothly and I was totally satisfied.

WATCH OUT! DCH KIA does a lot of false advertising

DCH KIA in Temecula will post the lowest price but once you are physically at the dealership to purchase the vehicle. They will NOT acknowledge the price the advertise on Cars.com. They will lure buyers to go there but they will not give you the deal they advertise.

I had a great experience here, and left with a great car. The deal was fantastic, dealer discount and manufacturer incentive was about 1/4 off the total price. Sales rep Ruben Rubio was great, followed up about my purchase very soon after. James O'Connell in finance was also terrific, excellent communicator, knows the buying process very well, everything was clearly laid out, and he was super friendly and engaging, and personable to boot. Overall an excellent experience.


KIA Motor Finance is TERRIBLE!

Love KIA Temecula, but DON’T finance through KIA Motor Finance. They were the absolute WORST in working with their customers during this COVID process. The folks at KIA Temecula are fantastic, but I will reconsider buying a KIA product in the future based on KIA Motor Finance and how they are unwilling to work w/their customers.

Sales associate Daniel was quick to respond to my inquiry via internet and had answered my questions even after hours which was refreshing. He was a go-getter but no pressure was applied in selling to us or choosing the vehicle with the options and price that wee meaningful to us. The dealership was clean, all associates were friendly and accommodating and professional.


Great auto purchase experience

My Wife and I had Daniel as our Salesman. He made contact with us through our inquiry on Cars.com for a particular vehicle advertised. Daniel was professional, friendly, sincere, and not high pressure. The purchase of our vehicle went smooth. James in Finance was also great to work with in the final stages of our purchase. He was sincere, friendly, and professional. Damien also was great to work with. He took time to set and talk with us while Finance completed our transaction. We traveled over 50 miles from our home to purchase our vehicle at DHC Kia in Temecula. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Daniel, James, and Damien.


Went in to buy a Stinger

on cars.com the car was listed for 51,000, went in to look at the car to discover that they put a 8,000 markup, for no reason, other then greed. do not shop at dealers that mark up cars above MSRP. AVOID THIS PLACE!
