Although the technician couldn't find my initial complaint he found updates that were due while he was doing his analysis . He did all of the updates and my truck is running smooth .

Sketchy from the beginning. Lowballed me on my trade. Only after threatening to take my business elsewhere, did an extra $5k get added to my trade in value. Withheld a refund check from my auto loan and issued a new check the same day (after holding it for a month) did they print a new one. Don’t buy from Ben Davis unless you like sketchy business :)

Ben Davis Ford made it easy. We found the truck online from two hours away. We were greeted on the lot by Steve who took us on a test drive. We asked all our questions, did the paperwork and we drove our new truck home. No pressure, no hassle…just a great experience!

1) There should be an Owner's Manual in the car, the Supplement is not sufficient. 2) Working with John Mohre was a pleasure, working with the finance department guys was a royal pain in the xxx. 3) I did not receive a copy of all the forms that I signed during the sales process. 4) The last time I bought a car from Ben Davis, I had to pay for the title/registration process, but I ended up having to perform the process with the DMV. Ben Davis did finally refund my money, but it was another case where Ben Davis' credibility was degraded. This time I hope I don't have to repeat that process...
