Buyer beware!

Got hoodwinked by this dealer and I feel bad that I fell for their line of crap. Car had high miles but was told they would buy the car for their own daughter. 3 months later and fixing a lot of repairs that were done half-a**ed, the car is DOA. Cutting my losses and moving on. Wish I could give 0 stars for this review.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional

I called because they refuse the list actual miles on vehicles, I simply just asked how many miles were on the vehicle And if the driver seat was torn because you could tell they hide it in pictures. I was responding with the fact that he had three people buying cars and he didn’t have time to go look and he was guessing it was 199,000 Miles when they had it listed on cars.com with a lot less. I explained I was interested in the vehicle and he pretty much told me to either drive up three hours to look at it or he needed to get off the phone. I will gladly keep my money and he Can’t treat someone else with such disrespect.

The customer service was very good, and the buying process was easy! The car was in excellent condition, and runs great! I’ll definitely buy again from Settle Auto Sales!

A Great Experience

I was needing to purchase a quality used car within my budget. I discovered Settle Auto Sales online. At the dealership, all associates were professional, curteous, and friendly. Waylon assisted me with all aspects of my car shopping experience. I purchased an affordable car I am extremely satisfied with. Settle Auto Sales has earned my recommendation.

Don't waste your time

Buyer beware, there's a reason they don't list the mileage on their cars. These are all cars with one tire in the grave! I think "Settle" must mean that you would "settle" for something from them

The car ended up being total junk

I went in to purchase a used car in March. I sat down and talked to them about my situation. I've had bad luck with cars in the past and my last car had the transmission go out. I told them I just needed something dependable. I decided on an 07 Pontiac grand prix. Before I even made it back home I stopped at a store and couldnt get the car started again. It turned out it needed a new battery. I got the battery and drove the car without much problem for 2 months (aside from small issues I was never told about like the gas gauge didnt work and I didnt have brights) after 2 months the transmission in the car went out totally. I tried calling and the one time I actually got an answer I was told the boss was busy but all they would do is help me find someone to fix it at my cost. I understand risk in buying a used car but to pay 2700 and have the car last less than 3 months is a joke. I would stay far away from this place. They also pressure you to leave a review for them before you leave right after buying and you haven't had a chance to drive the car. I'm glad I waited.

We bought a saturn vue, they Worked with us on price and they were very knowledgeable of product. we left knowing we got a good deal.

They never called/emailed me on 2 cars I was considering. I am very disappointed. We are in the market to trade in a GNC Savanna van and looking for a Yukon.
