Forewarning, this will be a long review, but it’s a good one. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I live roughly 2.5 hours away from this dealership. To begin with, we were in the market for a 2021 Kia K5 EX w/ Premium Package. Inventory meeting those specifications are limited. We worked with roughly five dealerships around our area before coming across Midwest Kia in Wichita. I would give anything to have nixed all those previous experiences and found them straight away. The experiences with the Kia dealerships before Midwest Kia were beyond awful, especially the one in Manhattan. You can read that review for yourself. My husband and I are car enthusiasts, so we have bought and traded our fair share. We know the ins and outs, do’s, and don’ts. As mentioned, we live roughly 2.5 hours away, so after some online research, we came across Marcus Wise, who had stellar reviews. We emailed him our trade information and gave the info on the car we were interested in Tuesday evening (near closing time). He gave it to the General Sales Manager, Joe Konen, the next day (yesterday), and let me tell you, this was the best experience we have ever had (outside of the Lexus dealership in KC, they were terrific to work with too). Joe was top-notch. He was knowledgeable, prompt, straight to the point, no BS, and went above and beyond for us. We worked everything out over the phone yesterday afternoon. By 3:30 pm, we were on our way to Wichita to pick up the car. Joe had the paperwork being processed and emailed us for digital signatures while we were on the road. As soon as we pulled up, Marcus greeted us promptly and enthusiastically. Come to find out, it was his day off, and he came in because they informed him that we were coming to get the car that night. I could go on and on about how great and effortless the process was. The car was ready, the paperwork we had to sign was ready, and we were in and out in probably 45min and back on the road. That’s how buying a car should be. No-haggle, no BS, and no taking advantage of the customer while keeping them in the dealership for 3-5 hours. Dealing with the finance side of buying a car is usually no fun. With that being said, I must give a huge shout-out to Max Romero. He was a pleasure to work with and knew that we were in a hurry, so he got us in and out while still being super friendly and helpful. He kept a conversation going with us while shuffling the papers quickly, talent right there. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and will more than likely be a repeat customer.

Midwest Kia had excellent customer service, along with having excellent people to work with. I have no complaints of any type whatsoever. Everything worked out quite well. This was on Friday 4/16/2021.

Great saleman. However we feel deceived by the financial process. After it was done and said we feel a little duped. No one lied to us but I feel they sure held back a lot of information to cause us to choose a vehicle we wouldn’t of chosen if we would of had all the financial information available to us.
i will never buy another car from kia unless landon vermillion is there .he is the best salesman i have ever dealt with. had my oil changed there and they put new filters on my car that was only 6 mths old with out my permission and i had to pay for them . have left many messages for the manager of service cant get a call back. but another salesman can call me 10 times in one day to hassle me . to buy a new car. this is not the kind of business i want to do business with .at least when Landon Vermillion was told about it problem it was taken care of immediately with out any problem. if you want my business then Landon need to come back to work .
Wife and I bought a new Kia Sportage and had Landon for a salesperson, he was exactly who you would want when buying car. We were in touch with Landon for over a month through text and emails When we finally decided on the model he was able to get us the upgrades we wanted and stay within our budget.
Landon tried his hardest to get me into a vehicle after mine burnt down. We weren't able to find anything but did everything he could do to try to make it work! Also helped my girlfriend get into an amazing car about a year ago. Definitely will be returning to by a car again!
Landon Is The Best
Landon has sold me and my family 2 cars. He is very professional, but he makes the process stress free, because I never feel pressured by him. He's a great listener to customer wants and needs. Landon is an asset to any dealership that is lucky enough to have him.
Landon did a great job! I was stressed out due to my old car being totaled out by hail. I had no idea what I was doing but knew what the car I was interested in. Landon got it here and got me into it stress free!

Midwest Kia was the first of many stops my daughter and I had planned in our search for her first vehicle. However, Landon was so amazing, that we didn't need to go anywhere else. He found exactly what we were looking for!!! At no point did I feel like I was working with a stereotypical salesman. He was professional in every aspect, but he made the process fun. He followed through with everything he promised, which is a rarity. I thank Landon so very much!!!
Landon Is My Car Guy
I have purchased 19 vehicles from Landon since 2011 and I will continue to do so as long as he is in the business---no matter where he goes. When he was at Toyota---I bought Toyotas. Now that he is at Kia---I will be buying Kias. He's a terrific salesman and even better person.
