I love my salesman, and all the folks at Lithia. I have purchased two different vehicles from Gilli, He is an honest, compassionate man who loves people.... This time I went for service on a vehicle I purchased used somewhere else. I could go anywhere for service but will always drive to Lithia because they treat me great. Mike in service took care of everything and went the extra mile to make it convenient for me. Anytime my service appointment is is going to take an hour or more, Ed and the courtesy drivers are always nice when they give a ride to the mall or somewhere else to pass the time.
Raul Medrano was very helpful. He answered all the questions we had and showed us what vehicles we wanted to look at. Raul was very helpful on helping... us make the decision on the vehicle we purchased.

I had very bad experience last week. I had my Tundra serviced here ...oil and filter change and tire rotation.. Oscar called me and told me it was ready...I... paid and picked my truck up. When I was driving I realized a noise coming from front wheels..First I thought something got stuck in the tires tracks. But then I realized they did not tighten the nuts on the passenger side wheel. I had to drive back to Toyota dealer very slowly and carefully . Then they saw they forgot to tighten the nuts and like no big deal..didn't even try to make it right with me...at least offer me some discount or coupon to make me happy..I could've have a wreck...It is a big deal.. Oscar( service guy) told his manager what happened and asked for a discount today for my other car and he did not even come by me or call me..Obviously he didn't think it was a big mistake and big deal.. So just like that they lost my business..I have purchased at least 6 Toyota cars and trucks here and serviced them all here..No more! So consider this before you go have your car serviced or buy a car here...,Not recommended!

I was greeted by Raul right away, he talked with me about my needs and my trade in. He kept me within my budget without pressing me to get something I... didn't need or couldn't afford. The prices were fair all around. The whole sales experience was very professional and quick. Probably the quickest I have ever been in and out of a dealer before, the finance/paperwork people were on it. The prices are fair and I truly appreciate the small warranty they offer on used cars. I would absolutely recommend this place and plan on returning when I need another vehicle in the future.

Bought a 2013 Honda Accord and in the first 5 days the left front tire recap came apart. The tire tread coming off destroyed the left front fender causing... over $4000 worth of damage. Then two months later a rear tire went flat. Now I have had to buy all 4 new tires because I don’t feel safe with the tires that Lithia gave me. All they do is put unsafe tires good enough to get one out of the lot then they don’t care you. Buyer beware!!! On the day my temporary tag expired (60 days after purchase) my permanent tags were not yet delivered. When I called they said there were issues and they hadn’t received them yet from Bexar county (where I live) The lady at the dealership said she she would have overnighted to the dealership and I could pick them at the dealership in a couple of days. I asked how was supposed to get there with expired tags? She didn’t have an answer. At first she said I couldn’t go to the tax office and pick them up my self. I finally talked to Dwayne and was able to pick up the tags at the county offices later that day. The administration person I dealt with can not think outside th box customers help customers get what they need.

Raul the salesman was so helpful, found exactly what i asked got me a great on the most beautiful truck.... The sales experience was second to none did... the whole deal over the telephon and got me in and out of the dealership im my new truck in less than an hour.
