I purchased a car from this dealership with cash 8,200 10 days later the crank pulley (harmonic balancer) broke causing me to lose my power steering, AC compressor, water pump and alternator. I haven’t even drove the car for 800 miles yet. When I test drove the vehicle I was told the squeaking nose was due to the car was sitting and it was hot outside and that it would stop doing it once the car cooled off. I called them to ask them if they would fix it and they said they would not fix it endless I paid them to do it. I would take this as a warning don’t do business with this dealership because they are not honest.

The gentlemen I was working with on the phone were courteous and left me with an understanding that we would be able to reach a deal. I indicated to them in order not to waste my time in driving up or their time- I provided them a range in dollars what I was willing to pay in addition to trading my car in for their vehicle. With a practical understanding that both parties would need to see the vehicles under consideration and that pricing may vary some what after review. They sent me a bill of sale as promised and it was not even close to what was discussed regarding a range of price offered in our phone conversation. So the only thing I can think of is they did not understand my initial proposal over the phone or they simply just reconsidered. Unfortunately we were not able to reach a deal which was disappointing but not the end of the world. It left me with questioning how much money do they needed to make on the sale. Having a bird in hand with a potential profit of $3-4K on the sale of my car which was exceptional and right in line with convertible season, plus a dollar differential of $6k to be paid by me in addition to my trade and then what ever profit from their deal of the car i was interested in seemed short sighted on their part. Regardless I respect but do not understand their reasoning, but that is their decision. So would I recommend this dealership, yes and no. Yes that they seemed well intentioned and enthusiastic in discussing the deal. I really enjoyed talking with them. I think they are good people. But no I would not recommend them only because the deal did not take place after thoughtful discussion. Again I would say these are good people, and for what ever reason, it was a business decision on their part that did not work out. Would I go back to the dealership, possibly.
