This dealership doesn't give you the vibe that people

This dealership doesn't give you the vibe that people normally expect from car dealerships. They're not pushy. They don't stand over you like vultures looking to make a quick buck. Everyone we have had experiences with at Bravo are good kind, honest people and it is written all over them that they want to take care of their customers! We are so pleased with the service at Bravo and will absolutely be customers for life! Thank you Bravo!

Do not purchase from them!

Do not purchase from them! Purchased a new vehicle from them last week and showed them the price they listed was $2500 cheaper online, they told me they would honor it, had me sign all of the financing paperwork with the lower price listed and then they obtained the auto loan in the amount for the sticker price ($2500 more) and did not honor the online price- they also ran my credit through various financing companies and chose the company with the highest financing rate- it has been a week and I am receiving letters in the mail from the other financing companies telling me that I was approved at a rate 3% lower than the one they chose- love the car but do not recommend buying from them! Cost me thousands more buying through them and letting them find the finance company

Terrible customer service, nothing but bottom feeders at

Terrible customer service, nothing but bottom feeders at this dealership. Their goal is to screw people over as much as possible. I would not recommend them. Look at their reviews in other places, they even had to stop letting people post on Facebook because it was so bad. There are plenty of other dealerships on Montana. Just don’t go to this one..

Terrible dealership, had to take my truck THREE times

Terrible dealership, had to take my truck THREE times already this past year. Every time I go I still have to pay something out of pocket even though they discreetly added an extended warranty to the sales contract. I’m not going to blame Chevy. I’ve had other Silverado’s and never had any issues. And keep in mind when you get the warranty you can’t take it anywhere else which is another pain in the xxx, these people just try to find any way to screw you over and take the most from you. At this point I’m willing to take a loss on the truck just so I don’t have to deal with these people anymore.

Worst dealership we have ever bought a car from.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I just want to say that this was the worst purchase experience I’ve have ever experienced with a car dealership in my life, and I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. Less than professional employees and in the end I ended up with a vehicle with illegal tint that I have to fix. At the beginning, everyone was really nice up until all purchase paperwork was finalized. After that point things changed dramatically. I was informed by the sales person that the vehicle I just purchased had a few recalls and that they were going to have to hold on to it until the recalls on the vehicle were taken care of. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and assured me it would take no more than a couple days. However, it took over two weeks to get the recall parts they needed and they even stopped taking my calls when I called for a status update. I had to physically drive to the dealership to get an update. I spoke with the general manager who agreed to let me take the vehicle until the recall parts came in. A few weeks later, after several attempts, I made contact with the sales person who informed me that the chips for the recalls were in and to bring my vehicle back to get the recalls completed. I did so and requested they provide me a loaner vehicle for the day, which they refused. During negotiations for the purchase of the vehicle, they had agreed to fix a couple of deep scratches on the vehicle. I tried to contact the sales person once a week to try and schedule a time to take my vehicle in. The sales person never took my calls but only texted me. He informed me that it would take about three days to complete the repair and for me to bring my vehicle in to get it started. I requested a loaner vehicle and the sales person told me that they only agreed to fix the vehicle and would not provide one. I took my vehicle in on a Monday and was told it would only take 3 days. Well, Thursday came and I attempted to get a status of my vehicle to which I received no response. I finally received a response on Friday to pick up my vehicle. I had also inquired about the tint on the vehicle which is clearly too dark and not legal. The sales manager said that the tint on the front two windows were not legal,that the vehicle should not have been sold like that and offered to remove the tint only. Now, I have a vehicle with illegal tint I have to replace out of pocket. I was upset, but I was just tired of dealing with these people who did not care about customer service and taking care of their customers. They should have been honest with me at the beginning and told me before purchasing the vehicle, I would not be able to take it home. Also, during the time that they had the vehicle, they could have fixed the scratch on it which they chose not to. They should not have sold the vehicle with illegal tint. In order to pass the vehicle for inspection they had to lie on the DMV document. Knowing what I know now about the shady dealership I just purchased my vehicle from, I highly recommend buyers to go elsewhere. Now I’m going to have pay $400 to get a spare made also…..

Do not purchase a vehicle from Bravo.

Do not purchase a vehicle from Bravo. First, they took my trade in and did not pay it off; it took me several months of emails and phone calls from both myself and Toyota Motor Credit to correct the matter. The worst part of the situation is they had already sold my trade in and still had not paid off the vehicle. Additionally, they sold me a vehicle with odometer rollback issues. They did not do their due diligence in ensuring that the vehicle was reporting the correct mileage. I only found out when I tried to trade it in at another dealership. This vehicle should have never been sold to anyone. This is clearly a violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the Federal Odometer Law. I have reached out to them to correct this matter. I have been very patient and have given them sufficient time to correct the matter. I do not want this vehicle; it was not sold to me in good faith. I requested that they take the vehicle back and payoff my loan. Which is the least they could do considering that I can take civil action for damages that will far exceed the payoff of the vehicle. Yet they were not receptive I had to place a bad review on social media to get their attention. They then offered to have the mileage on the Carfax corrected!!!! NO THANK YOU!! They then offered to put the vehicle up for auction and only payoff the vehicle if it brings 17 thousand. I agreed to this option in a effort to be civil; however Bravo stated the vehicle only brought in 15 thousand; which means they want me to pay the difference for the payoff. Bravo apparently is not capable of understanding the two laws mentioned above. The facts are: Bravo sold a vehicle with incorrect mileage at a much higher cost than the vehicle is worth. This vehicle should have never been sold; especially without disclosing the mileage discrepancy. I no longer want this vehicle, I do not feel safe driving my family (children) in this vehicle. Therefore, I want them to take their vehicle back get me out of the deceptive loan they initiated. Prior to purchase consider if you are willing to deal with all of these issues; the payoff issue and now the larger issue of fraudulent mileage which drastically changes the safety and value of the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and ask yourself if you would want to drive your family in a vehicle such as this prior to purchasing any vehicle from any Bravo location. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a good experience throughout the whole process. I especially liked the manner in which the agent who handled my car (Mike Rodriguez) made sure a shuttle was ready to take me home as well as to go pick me up when my car was ready.
