Your associate Sally lacks customer service or had a bad day that left a lasting impression of this particular dealership. You would think the service... representing a dealership such as "Cadillac" would be top notch no doubt. Sadly this is not the case at dealership due to this associate. I know how important reviews are and I tend to give positive reviews and not so much negative ones but when they speak to you in a manner of disrespect and have no remorse, they SHOULD NOT BE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY!

My salesman was Jaime Lopez, he did an outstanding job to ensure I was getting the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle I wanted was at Bravo Cadillac, Jaime... worked hard in the search for my vehicle. He ensure the vehicle was ready for delivery when it was promised. He went over the vehicle with me and called me to ensure everything was good with the vehicle and to see if there was anything else that I needed. I would recommend Bravo Cadillac and Jaime to anyone I know that was interested in purchasing a new car
I had the worst experience here . I was told I needed a “NEW BATTERY” so I payed 228.96 to be exact for the battery . One month later it doesn’t work .... Took it to AutoZone ! Was told the battery didn’t work !!!!! Definitely not taking my car to get it fix by the dealership. Taking it elsewhere . I decided to go to the dealership since I thought it was something more efficient. I come to think they even gave me a battery that was no good .

Buying Cadillac's and servicing them for the last 18 years has always been a great experience. I have NEVER had the level of great service I now have... with Enrique and make sure all my friends and partners know that not only is the product excellent, but the service is by far the best I have ever experienced. Attention to detail, gives out personal cell #, always available and goes above and beyond to ensure we are always taken care of. We are blessed to work with Mr Enrique. He recently even recommended a detail service company that did an amazing job on my vehicle.
