The only reason I would recommend this dealership is that I highly recommend Gerardo Nuñez who’s an excellent sales agent. I have issues with the very irresponsible finance managers not returning any of my calls on a very important IRS matter. Calls for 3 months! They are lazy and do not want to handle important paperwork that they were responsible for submitting. Gerardo was the only one responsive in trying to get me the answers and resolution I needed and that’s not even his department. Thank you Gerardo for your help in that matter and in helping us find two great vehicles! On the other hand, to be disregarded by the management there after purchasing two vehicles back to back is disheartening and very unprofessional!

I refinance my leased vehicle.
I refinance my leased vehicle. It has been more than a month. I have not received my car. Finance guy Charlie Roddy. I would avoid this guy. Don’t buy any extra product that he wanted to sell. Once you signed your paper you are done. It doesn’t matter whether you received your vehicle or not. He won’t help you. I have not received my vehicle but I still have to pay my payment. How ridiculous is that.

Truck problems enroute to Florida. Moving my son to Florida on a tight schedule. Mike and the guys at Fox Toyota got our Tacoma on the lift and checked out quickly to get us back on the road. Can't thank them enough. Need more dealerships like Fox!

I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota Lexus
I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota Lexus of El Paso, particularly in regard to their communication and customer service. As a loyal customer, I felt completely neglected throughout the entire process. After having my radio replaced, my service advisor, Adrian, returned my car knowing that the headboard light wasn't working. He didn't seem to care about the issue. I had to take my car back and speak to a manager, who apologized and asked me to drop the car off again. I explained that it was difficult for me to leave work at their convenience, and I had to push them to provide a rental car. The rental they provided had a low tire pressure issue, which eventually turned into a flat tire. Trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare, and I was left to deal with the situation on my own. I felt completely neglected and had to constantly follow up with them for updates on my vehicle. It took a month and a half to get my car back, only because I called over five times to get an update. To make matters worse, I found out that the part they were supposedly waiting for had been available for over a week to two weeks. Overall, the lack of communication and the way they took advantage of my situation was unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Took my truck in for a recall 2 weeks ago.
Took my truck in for a recall 2 weeks ago. Work was extremely poor quality and ever since then I’ve gone through 3 alternators shop is trying convince me it’s a different issue. Been treated extremely disrespectful to the point I’ve called Toyota corporate. The service director Joe and the receptionist are the only people to have been politer to me and who have attended to help me. Regardless of how nice Joe has been they still have caused a major issue to my truck by allowing an apprentice to work on my truck with not truly having the knowledge of how to do the job correctly.

Ernest P. I served my country and is 100 percent disabled. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. The Toyota Fox dealership took advantage of me. I don't know what to do at this point. If there is anyone out there that can help me, I would appreciate it. My catalytic Converter and O2 sensor were stolen from my 2007 Toyota Sequoia. I went through my insurance to have the repairs done at Fox Toyota Dealership. The day after the repairs the check engine light came on. I took it back to the dealership and was told to run the vehicle for a while so it can reset self. The check engine light started turning on then off for a few months. Then the check engine started staying on all the time. I had the check engine light checked at AutoZone and O'Reilly. Both places registered the code P0051 recommending that the O2 sensor be replace that Fox Toyota put on. I took diagnostic paperwork from the auto part stores to the dealer requesting that they replace their part. The dealer refused to check their part until I paid 169.95 for a diagnostic test. I told them it was not fair for me to pay because I still was within a one-year parts and labor warranty. I felt trapped and had to paid for a testing on a part that still under warranty. The Fox Toyota Dealer diagnostic had the same code P0051 O2 sensor. My service writer called me and told me it was not the O2 sensor and there of nothing he could do for me. He said come pickup your vehicle and pay the cashier. When I arrived a different service writer went over my paperwork with me and said it was the O2 sensor. The next day I took the diagnostics testing paperwork from Fox Toyota to another Toyota dealership and they confirmed that the O2 sensor needed placing. I am requesting a refund on diagnostics because the part was still under warranty. Also to replace my O2 sensor that never work properly since the day it was installed.
