Can't be Trusted

I use to think they were a good dealer and excellent place for service but my last experience turned into a horrible nightmare I took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in on Aug 8,2022 explained that my Jeep is saying Stop/Start not ready in battery protected mode ,I explained this to service,but they were more interested in telling me I didn't have an appointment well long story short I left my jeep told them again it said Stop/Start not ready check engine light and battery light flashed and stated in battery protected mode check engine light wasn't on only flashed with battery light well after a week and half they tell me car misfiring and coil bad everything would be fixed after they replace coil car fixed can come get everything fine before I even drove off lot did it again I said whatever it is has to do with battery and guess what it was you replaced coil for no reason tryed to charged me for a new battery which had been replaced in Feb then they checked and said your right there will be no charge it's under warranty and again I've had my car back less than a week and now my check engine light is on and I'm the bad person because I got upset and told them about theirselves Sorry but not Sorry Larry H Miller in Aurora Co.on Havanna you should be ashamed of yourselves, but we know your not but in my opinion I think your just trying to get over on your customers and using the Warranties customer have to get money because you sure don't do your jobs or listen to your customers concerns and please everyone when you go in for service even if oil change they lie about fluid top offs and tire rotations, Fyi I'm not the only customer who has had these issues.

Very hard to set appointment when I wanted it. Called service department to confirm appointment and had to leave a message yet they never called back like the message stated.

2018 grand Cherokee under warranty was dropped off on

2018 grand Cherokee under warranty was dropped off on 7/1/22 to have it looked at as the car would barely move, xx engine light on. No communication for 3 days, I called, got no call back, called again, no call back, called again was told it needed diesel exhaust particulate filter. None available, refused to call another local dealer to get one. Spoke to GM John Mathieson, explained issue of NO help, NO effort, NO response! Did not change anything!! Called weekly, no filter available, called to speak with GM again, no call back! Jeep was at dealership for 1 MONTH, 8 DAYS, finally replaced filter. Insisted I have oil change for $260, I refused as I did NOT want them to touch my jeep again. Drove jeep home and it has NO POWER, can barely move. They never drove my jeep after filter replacement! Mileage has not changed! Taking it to another dealer! DO NOT trust Larry H. Miller Aurora with your vehicle! Don’t forget it was at this dealership for 1 month, 8 days! for a filter! These people do NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

John. I spoke with you in person on the showroom about this issue after repeatedly talking with the service department. They said that they could not get the part from another dealer, which is NOT true. (Someone finally found another dealer and got the part from them.) You found the service person who was supposed to be helping me and told them to please get this resolved. Nothing changed. The jeep was there ANOTHER 2 1/2 weeks waiting “for the part”. You seem to be a nice person John, but your people don’t follow thru, nor do you! My jeep was at your dealership for 1 month 8 days!
