Buyers beware!

Buyers beware when trading your car in here! I took my custom built mustang in to trade for a newer mustang and everything went smooth in the beginning. They said they got me financed and we did all the contracts and I drove my new car home. Two days later I get a call saying they couldn't get the finance done and to bring back the car and pick my car up. When I get there my car is backed into the parking spot and so I Walk around to look at my car and to my surprise they damaged my car causing $1300 in damage and they were hoping I would t notice the damage and were not going to say anything. Also this is a high performance car and they had been hot rodding my car there was melted tire rubber on my bumper from them smoking my tires. When I brought it to Phil's attention he acted like he didn't know it happened! Then they acted like it was no big deal. They claim that my bank was the reason the deal fell through but I called my bank and they said that was not true. They damaged my trade in and they didn't want to take that car on trade anymore so they ruined my car loan. Now I have a damaged vehicle and I have to wait for weston to give me a check to fix my car! Buyers make sure you don't drive off in your new car and leave your old car until you know your financed because you don't want to go through what I'm going through . Would never recommend this dealership unless it was to an enemy!

Best Car buying experience ever!

My wife and I bought an Audi S5 just last week. No hassle, and no hustle just a great deal. Great customer service fast transactions. We live in Fountain, but the transaction was definitely worth the trip would go back over and over. Highly recommend his dealership.

Love this dealership!

I just bought a used BMW and had the best car buying experience ever. There is no pressure and everyone there was very helpful. My car even came with a warranty! Thank you!

Very good experience! Will buy again!

The worst part was trying to decide between all the cars, its like going to a car show every time I go to Weston Auto Gallery. Nice bunch of guys, and no pressure to buy NOW! Nice change from the other guys in town. Thanks Weston Auto Gallery!

Can't wait to buy my next one at Weston

Not sure where to begin but after buying a car at Weston Auto Gallery I can't wait to buy another one! They have such an array of cars, trucks and SUV's...you won't find inventory like this anywhere(atleast in Northern CO). The whole process was quick and easy. I traded in my old car and received more on trade than I even thought possible. My new car is literally perfect and the deal was amazing. I pointed out what I thought to be 1 small blemish on the leather(in an inconspicuous spot that wasn't really a big deal) and the detail manager personally came and talked with me about the issue and explained it was a stain of some sort, took the car to the back and within minutes had the problem resolved! Sorry for all the rambling, can't wait to get another sports car from them next spring.

AMAZING! Best Place to find exactly what you want!

I recently bought a ML350 from Weston Auto Gallery and it really was an amazing experience! I went in told them what I wanted and they made it happen. The whole process was very easy and the guys were great to work with. I have dreamed of being a Mercedes owner for years and never thought the day would come .. but last week it did and I am so happy! I LOVE my new car! They did a great job detailing it before I picked it up and everyone there was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Great Experience!

Just completed a long distance deal online. I found a car online that I liked. I talked to Dannie and told him about my trade. They dealt with financing and delivery and gave me a great deal for my trade. I bought the car without ever seeing it and it was perfect like he said it would be. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I definitely recommend them!

Worst Sales Person

I had my eyes on 3 different cars on their lot. Went there one day after work for a test drive. Talk with the older sales person who sits on the east side of the building where they have the cars inside of the building. I told him i wanted to test drive this car. He go the keys but told me that i cant drive it but around the block because they are still checking out the car. I thought that was a little bit weird but i agreed. When we got back to the lot after the extremely short around the block "test drive", i told him i wanted to drive another car. This is where things started to go bad. The sales guy started to get rude saying i only get to test drive 2 cars and thats it. He said their customers know what cars they want and he cant allow people to test drive their cars because "everyone would be test driving 5 - 6 cars every weekend". At that point i said i will just go to any other car dealer and they will let me test drive their cars without any problems. At this point i should have left but wanted to test drive a vehicle i have been looking for which they had. So now on my 2nd and FINAL test drive with this car dealer. Again, i was told that i can only drive it around the short block. I said that is not long enough to see if i like a car. The sales man said, his customers do not like it when people are test driving their cars. Well, i hate to break it to you, no one owns the car beside the dealership. If i put on 5 miles on an car and fall in love with it, i will buy it. Going around the block is not enough. So now i am taking my business to another dealer to buy my $40,000 car.

A Good Experience Turned Bad

I started out loving this place. My salesman was friendly and very helpful. I didn't know what I wanted so I drove five or six cars on the lot. I picked a BMW 335d and traded my BMW Z4. All was good until I found out that this dealership sold me the 335d without having the title in hand. Ten weeks after the sale I returned the 335d for a refund. My Z4 had been sold the day I traded it, so I couldn't get it back. Weston's manager did refund my purchase price, but not the sales tax. I had to file a complaint with the Colorado DMV dealer investigator. I received my tax refund only after the investigator visited this dealer. And I am now without my Z4. I cannot buy another one for the trade in price, plus I will have to pay another sales tax when I do find another car. There are too many details to list here, but to summarize, throughout this experience Weston has been dishonest, arrogent, and unresponsive since selling me a car for which they had no access to the tiltle. I advise finding some other place to buy your dream car.

After some government title problems out of our control, we offered a full 100% refund (law states no refund was necessary) and offered a $2000 credit to use in our service department to use for anything on any car! The tax was refunded once refunded by the state of Colorado. Customer denied the $2000 credit and left. Sorry for the bad experience, we tried everything under the sun to make you happy, more than any other dealer in this state would ever offer. Thanks.

Not Happy

Collected sales tax and title fees with the promise that they would take care of all the paperwork. Never did a thing except keep my money. Car and buying experience were great, service after the sale is very much lacking. Unfinished paperwork was sent to my finance company, causing extra work for me. Could not get a call returned and they kept my sales tax and title fees.
