We purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper for my son and the buying experience was easy. There was an issue with the radio display and Weston repaired it as promised. My only negative was that when we went in to sign papers, the car only came with one key. This was a $238 cost to us right from the start. We understand that when you purchase a used vehicle not everything is perfect. We also found that the passenger door window was not operating properly and the trim on the inside door was missing. Didn't really notice these things when we test drove the car. My suggestion in buying any used car is spend time checking out all of the details inside and out. With all that said, my son absolutely loves the car and would buy it again, but might have negotiated the cost of missing key.

Thank you for your reply. As with all of our cars, we are only able to provide as many keys as we are given. We do extend an "internal cost" to our customers for items such as keys to purchase that are not included as part of the sale. Please contact us regarding any pending issues with your Mini Cooper. We are happy to assist you.
Hire an Independent Inspector
If you want cliff-notes, go down to my last paragraph. But this is how I get there... I really dislike writing negative reviews, especially when the experience started off optimistically. I have to say that at first Tony (in sales) was very quick to respond to my requests and provide information. He seems like a kind guy and I don't doubt that he is, but unfortunately I feel a lot of things were left out that should've been identified in the buying process... 1. Initially when we spoke on the phone I wanted verbal confirmation on the car's shape both interior and exterior. Both which he stated were in immaculate condition and based on the photos it seemed as such. When I arrived, I found that there was a tear on the side skirt (that requires $275 worth of repair), and damage to the interior handle (not covered by warranty) that costs $350 to repair. None of this was mentioned prior to my 800+ mile drive to the dealership. I understand that used cars come with quirks and damage here and there, but to outwardly say it was in immaculate condition was a lie that is in the end costing me almost $700. Upon finding this out and identifying it to Tony, he spoke with his service man (whom I don't remember and it's best I don't remember because I would blast him whole-heartedly) who came out and immediately started declaring that I was hiding the fact that I had been in an accident and that my trade-in was damaged goods. He was actually very insulting, condescending, and confrontational in his attitude. At that point they told me that since my vehicle had supposedly been repainted (I've owned it from day one of it's existence and it had not), that the damge was a wash. Instead of continuing to argue with the guy, I decided to let it go, I could cover the cost of repair. Which I would not have if I knew about #2. (Plus his attitude was pushing closer to wanting an altercation than a discussion, and that would've been fun.) 2. The car I purchased from them was in an accident not identified on the CarFax. Come to find out that the parking sensors for parking assistant were actually painted over, causing $1,500 worth of damage not to mention who knows what other type of damage that may come from the accident in the future. Maybe his paint meter didn't work on that model of car (sarcasm)? It sure worked on mine (again, sarcasm)! Had this type of stuff been identified before-hand, I would've been more accepting of it. Not to mention the condescending attitude I received during purchase just shows what type of sales and service pitch they have going. 3. Finally, after purchase and drive it off the lot, come to find out an option that they used as a "selling" point (Lane Departure Warning) on their advertisement, actually did not even exist on the car. It's unfortunate that in the immediate inspection I'm not looking for that specifically, because had I known how to look for it, I would've (it's a button on the lower portion of the dash for those of you buying a BMW). So this was an added feature that they used to mark their price up on the customer, that did not actually exist. Conclusion. To me, writing this is unfortunate, but my ultimate goal is to make sure that future customers that use Weston Auto Gallery (as well as others that don't guarantee their product like Weston, to be honest) be more thorough and DEFINITELY have an independent inspector look at the vehicle prior to purchase. It would've saved me shy of $2,500 worth of repairs right off the lot, off of an already marked up price, with ficticious added on options, all due to lack of integrity on their part. I don't want to say don't go to their dealership, because if you find a car you like, GET IT. But definitely make sure you come armed with an independent inspector, or drive it to one as part of your test drive. Do not take Weston Auto Gallery at their word, hire an independent inspector. I mean that with all sincerity. - Nate O. Bullard

Nate, greatly appreciate your review. We do allow and encourage our customers to have our vehicles inspected by qualified mechanics. (BMW dealer in your case) We tried our best to accommodate a difficult situation. We certainly did not want to send you back to Las Vegas with your repainted Mazda. Please contact us at your nearest convenience to resold any pending issues. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction.

Out of state purchase
Tony Stuart was a true professional, from the first time that I called to inquire if a Ferrari that was on the web was still available. He said it was, I told him that I would need some pictures of vin plate , serial number build date and on and on and he sent them right away along with a car fax and service records. After keeping fed ex overnight busy for 2 days ( because I was located in CA, ) I became the proud new owner of a Ferrari F355 in impeccable condition just as Tony had described. This was an out of state sight unseen purchase that went flawlessly because Tony does what he say's he's going to do and does it fast while nailing all the details. Thank You Tony!. I also have to thank Kevin Pinkham who fielded many of my out of state registration questions. The Weston Auto Gallery is lucky to have these two gentleman, Thanks again guys !! Larry

KEVIN IS WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
One step into Weston Auto Gallery and you'll know, this isn't your typical dealership. The staff is super nice, the place is clean and well kept. That also goes for their selection of cars! Geez, where do they find such great cars? All are very impressive. And the prices are much better than the big dealers. I didn't feel marginalized being a female trying to buy a vehicle. (something I cannot say for the other places I've visited recently) Not only did I get a great car at a great price. They found me a better finance rate going with a Credit Union. Very convenient! Did all the paperwork there at Weston Auto Gallery. I traded in my VW Tiguan for a larger Touareg. They gave me more than other dealers were willing to offer. Any my car was certainly worth it. No hassle & out of the dealership in less than an hour. Highly recommended if you want a dealer that respects you and treats you like family. This is my 8th purchase from Kevin. Followed him from 3 dealerships. Good to see he found a place that's as professional as he is. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THING ABOUT KEVIN AND THE ENTIRE STAFF! WISH ALL DEALERS WERE THIS GOOD!

Laura, This is the experience we try to convey to all our guests. Thank you for your business. Look forward to servicing your car in the future. We always use Oem products like Mahle, Mann and LiquiMoly. Thanks again!
Tony is wonderful!!!
My husband and I had the most present car buying experience ever at Weston Auto Gallery. Tony Stuart is the utmost in professionalism and even more importantly to me, super approachable. As I will be driving the new car more frequently, he felt with me with the utmost respect. In the past I have had salesmen be condescending because I am a woman, not so with Tony, he was great with both of us. I really appreciate the whole buying process, we will buy from Tony again!!!

Wonderful Buying Experience
Bought a vehicle at Weston a couple of day ago. Tony Stuart was wonderful to work with. the entire buying experience was easy and painless. All automobile dealerships should follow their business model. Will absolutely go back the next time I am looking for a vehicle.

Positive Experience!!
Weston Auto Gallery keeps their lot filled with upscale/sporty/unique vehicles. Their buyer appears to have a keen eye for making quality choices to keep their lot stocked with cars that are not run of the mill used cars. Salesman Tony Stuart was helpful, accommodating and did nothing to make me feel pressured into a purchase. The financing and paperwork for the sale went quickly and smoothly - more so than at the last new car dealership I did business with. I don't like haggling and I will not make a purchase like this if I feel the least bit of pressure. I had never visited Weston before, so I entered the lot feeling guarded and prepared to fend off a commissioned salesman. Happily, I soon realized these fears were unwarranted! If you have an eclectic taste for unique or unusual cars that make a statement (I bought a beautiful 2013 Fiat 500C Abarth with 15K miles) Weston Auto Gallery is worth a visit!

Jeff, It was a team effort bringing that Abarth to our lot. Glad you are enjoying your new ride. Next time in town, feel free to stop in and let us know how everything is going with the Fiat. They certainly are fun cars!
