The customer service was excellent! I always request Clark Hearold as my service consultant. Clark is very professional and recommends the proper service... for my Infiniti. He is very familiar with my vehicle and always gives me good advice. I have been bringing my car to Infiniti of Denver for many years and, in my opinion, the service department is truly outstanding.
I stopped on a snow day because my passenger wiper had stopped working. With no appointment , the service dept let me into the service bay, pulled out... a wrench, and repaired it on site at no charge. Great dealer and service. Thanks
Excellent service visit from Chris! very prompt service within about an hour. waiting room was clean and free coffee machine and nice sitting area
Rob, thanks for this kind review! Chris really knows his stuff. He will be glad to hear about your experience. Feel free to visit us if you have any f...urther needs.
They were super helpful and courteous. They tried to give me the best deal for service possible.
It was a very good experience. Smooooth. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Infiniti of denver lost the tow hook cover to my front bumper. Called several times and service department would not return my calls for a week. Finally... service department called me back to check up on how my service went not about my original call when I told Chris about it he said he would call me back and it’s been 2-3 weeks now about a replacement cover with no call. They lost it and will not pay for a new one. It’s a $100 piece of square plastic that was lost while the car was in their possession and I got the car back with the front tow hook still installed it was never removed. THEY LOST A PART TO MY CAR and expect me to pay for its replacement. Are you serious? If my car left my possession with 4 tires and a spare and came back to me with no spare cause THEY lost it I’d expect them to replace it but no they expect me to pay for a new one. HORRIBLE experience.
We have spoke to the customer. The tow company lost the cover but INFINITI OF DENVER has replaced it at our costs. The customer has tried to remove ...this review however, they are unable to. We have exceeded the customer's expectations. This is his response on other review sites about his experience. Chris at Infiniti Of Denver just saved my life . What do you drive? How does your dealership treat you? Do they add that personal touch and make you feel like a person or are you just a customer they get commission off of? If youre in the market for a car, take a look at @infinitiofdenver . They are a top notch team over there. I had a problem with my car and Chris over in the service dept was able to get me a tow on a flat bed for free to their dealership, called me first thing this morning before 8am to let me know he was taking care of it personally, got it in the bay and called me back within 45 mins with the diagnosis. With coming back from Vegas and moving this past week everything has been crazy. I cant really ask for better customer service. Not only does the brand and dealership go above and beyond when you buy a car there its also the personal attention from individuals you deal with that make it all wo rthwhile.
MY car ran better after I had it serviced at Infiniti.
The service department is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. All other car dealerships should spend a week learning from them
Chris has been great to work with for the past decade. He is an important asset.
I have been going to Infiniti of Denver for over 8 years. Clark in their service department is the best. I trust him totally with my car, as well I should.... It is a 2008 Infiniti EX35 and I just passed 210,000 miles. It still drives like the day I first drove it out of the showroom. By far the best car I've ever owned. I'm pushing for 250,000, but when I get there. I have a feeling that I'll shoot for 300,000. Highly recommend.
