Clark was instrumental and getting my car repaired in a timely fashion. The facility is always clean and the people are always friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

It was time for a spring checkup for my INFINITY with a

It was time for a spring checkup for my INFINITY with a coupon that I received. From the pickup of my vehicle by a very nice gentleman to the service was smooth. I had my oil and filter changed, tires rotated and all wheel alignment done. During inspection they discovered that my belts were worn and cracked and I needed a replacement filter for the cabin. I had them do the belts and I will replace that in cabin filter. They did an amazing job and I received a video showing how work was needed. They communicate with texts and kept me informed of the process. They sent a link to pay and had my car dropped off by a nice young man who made the process smooth and easy. Thank you for such a great process.

Had work on my daughter's car with her massive air flow

Had work on my daughter's car with her massive air flow and turbos. They took the time to make sure that her car was working right and provided a courtesy vehicle when one of the parts was on back were that took about three weeks for it to come in. Jeremy and techs did an excellent job providing service to us and getting her car fixed.

After receiving my car back from having some repairs

After receiving my car back from having some repairs done, I looked into my engine bay and my after market intake system, (cold air intake) seem to be missing quite a bit of hardware some screws were missing and some retaining clips on the outer plastic for the engine bay covers were missing too. Also the first time I had brought car in I had to have the turbos replaced which was really quick and easy which I appreciate, however I had to bring my car back due a mis placed heat shield making some noise from the engine bay which was NOT happening before. However Clark helped me get her back in and the issue was fixed. All in all the customer service was great, I had pleasure of working with Clark and he was outstanding when it came to communication and all around customer service. However with the technicians I am a little frustrated with, unfortunately now I have a little bit of hesitation when it comes to getting work done on my car by someone else which is frustrating because I am not able to do a lot of more intricate repairs. An I feel that shouldn?t be the case especially when you come to a dealership. I wish people would car about other peoples cars as much as they car about their own, I feel had that been the case none of this mess would happen. However unfortunately it did and Clark was amazing in helping me fix the issue at hand. I plan to bring my car back down due to some outlying issues unfortunately, however I really hope this does not happen again when I receive my vehicle back.

After more than 20 years patronizing IOD I am always pleased with the level of courtesy and the quality of the work performed. I moved away from where the dealership is located, but I still come back to Infiniti of Denver to have any work done on my car.
