    Scheduled service and when I showed up checked in at computer. Then had to check in again with service adviser. Same info and same info from when I set... up appt. 3rd time; why so many times? And price wasn’t the same as on the computer checkin. Why different. Left cell phone to call as point of contact. All three times and still called my house number Why? Just lucky I was there to answer. Also asked if I was going to wait for service. Already indicated no twice before that I needed shuttle service. Then asked when I wanted the car done by. What? I set up an appt. u tell me how long it takes. Should be ASAP. Glad I didn’t wait cause it took 3 hours. Who waits 3 hours in a service lobby. Hen when hey called to say it was done I had to ask for the shuttle. Again! Need to be more customer focused and priced the info TO me. I shouldn’t be prying he info out of you. Then when they told to wait where the truck would be pulled up hey pulled it up on a different area. Just a very frustrating experience and I did not get the feeling my business was valued. And not even sure they reset the parking brake tension. Correctly. May have to bring back. Did not make me like I want to bring back here for service

    I’m not sure about the repairs yet as it’s only been one day. At first the service was ok but then they did not find me although I never left the waiting... area and so I ended up waiting at least an extra hour.

    Highly recommend this place for buying a new or used car! Albert is one of the best and recomend him to help you for your car needs, he has helped us... on three now and this guy is super helpful in finding what you want and will be happy with! Then Ruben in Finance will get you out the door quick with your paper work but still the next day work on your deal and get you a better rate and payment! Will continue to drive from north east Brighton to Mile High Honda for future cars! Thanks for the great service!!

    The best service ever. Friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. A service indicator appeared when I was driving. Instead of calling to make an appointment,... I decided to just stop by.
