Highly recommend this place for buying a new or used car! Albert is one of the best and recomend him to help you for your car needs, he has helped us... on three now and this guy is super helpful in finding what you want and will be happy with! Then Ruben in Finance will get you out the door quick with your paper work but still the next day work on your deal and get you a better rate and payment! Will continue to drive from north east Brighton to Mile High Honda for future cars! Thanks for the great service!!
Sarah Scherzi was my service consultant when i took my Honda Accord in for a minor repair. She provided me excellent service. Was very attentive to... all my needs and concerns. An excellent employee. After i returned home i even received a phone call from the dealer to be sure i was satisfied with their service

I don't have any real complaints with Mile High Honda. I have shopped at other dealerships that offer additional value-add from a service perspective.... Mile high is just a little behind modern times with speediness and Communications. Qualities always generally good.

I’m not happy with the Customer service . Everyone get the same treatment with respect but I didn’t see that with Tony .I felt so bad and angry no information... with waiting time ,therefore I was late for my job.

Great customer service. Clean shop and waiting area. Like the text messages for status and updates to respond to car needs. I didn’t see furniture being... wiped between customers. Maybe some wipes on each table n areas.
