Let’s be honest, having to buy a new car is not at the top of most people’s “fun“ list. Having been personally traumatized by experiences with car dealers in the past, I am happy to say that my experience with Berge Toyota was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. My sales associate, Ernie Beler, made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He patiently answered all my detailed questions, and went out of his way to make sure he stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. From Ernie, to the Sales Manager Neil, to Jeff who prepared my paperwork, secured financing my loan for me and walked me through every step of the finance process, it was a delight working with this team! When Berge talks about their customers being family, they mean every word they say. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them again in the future, as they are truly an example of what the car buying process should be!

The sales staff, especially Barry Fox, patiently went through every line of the costs, explained what was included and no pressure was put on me to accept an option. I was very happy with the amount of time the whole team put into getting me the exact car I wanted. They set realistic expectations and met every commitment. I would absolutely buy another car here.
