From the moment I walked through the front doors, I was genuinely impressed with the level of customer service. I was immediately welcomed with friendly smiles and a warm greeting that made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The staff was professional, approachable, and attentive without ever being pushy or aggressive. They took the time to listen, answer my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to walk into a dealership and feel respected rather than pressured. Overall, the atmosphere was inviting and positive, and the team truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Early in 2025 (11 months ago) I wrote a lengthy review of

Early in 2025 (11 months ago) I wrote a lengthy review of Berge on Google and now when I try to update it, it does not give me the "post" option again so I am putting the January 29, 2026 update here. Updated Jan. 29, 2026: I really enjoyed my 2025 Crown Signia Limited, but I decided I wanted a vehicle that was a little higher for ease of exit and entrance - I'm not getting any younger....so today I went back to visit Ernie Beler at Berge and decided to purchase one of the new 2026 RAV4's since they have a new attractive design, are slightly higher and are getting excellent gas mileage! I worked with Ernie and the "team" and ended up with a good solution! Thank You Ernie, John, Enrique, Scott, & Jeffery for treating me like "one of the family". My new vehicle is en route from Japan and I should be driving it within 2 weeks! I have referred a number of people to Berge and one of my last referrals resulted in Ernie selling a new 2025 RAV 4 to my snowbird neighbors from Iowa. They also tried working with a local Toyota dealership in Iowa but they found Ernie and Berge to be much easier to work with and Ernie was able to find just the right vehicle for them! They were quite happy with their experience and shared their pleasure with me. Need I say more??? This is a TOP notch dealership and their goal is to have many happy customers.

Awesome no-pressure experience from beginning to end. Scot, our salesmen I would highly recommend for his knowledge and dealing with us during our visit. Overall dealership is clean, efficient and in my opinion best in class. Wish we would have purchased our other vehicle from them few months back!
