Positive experience

Chris T. was a great salesman in that we felt no pressure to buy. He was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. We purchased a 2015 Ford 350 diesel truck. We were a bit disappointed in not getting more for our trade-in truck. Everyone we met was very friendly, including Lisa Barclay and the fellow, (David?) in the service shop (where you get your car oiled, etc.)

Awesome service

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner with all questions answered concerning maintenance of vehicle schedule explained thoroughly. Wife is very happy, makes husband very happy! ???

Great service

The truck is great. But I was really impressed with the service! Cameron was very helpful with the entire process, and when I had a problem he was there to jump on it and have it fixed as soon as possible. Overall great first car buying experience!

Honest no high Pressure

Purchased a F 150 the deal was fair with non of the high pressure that I have gotten at other dealers. Honest dealership that makes you feel comfortable.

A Wonderful Buying Experience

Ann and I had a very pleasant experience with Kendall Auto in Meridian! This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Kindle Auto (Eugene). Carter was very responsive in returning calls, answering questions and treated us very well while at the dealership. He picked us up at the airport since we were coming from Palm Springs. Donna was amazing and very patient with us throughout the process of figuring out the financing, warranty, etc. After we got home, we had second thoughts on the extra warranty for several reasons and felt insurance was not necessary. Donna returned phone calls, was extremely patient with us and still made us feel like valued customers! She became a friend overnight as far as we are concerned. AND, we love the truck and this comes from a Tundra owner! We felt the facilities/showroom were adequate, clean and sufficient but not outstanding - we are used to the Lexus dealerships.

Took my new 2015 F-150 in for it's first oil change. In & out in 30 minutes. This included a free alignment check, tire rotation, washer fluid top-off, and oil & filter change. All for $40, plus a $10 Visa gift card.
