Kendall Ford of Meridian

This is the 3rd purchase I?ve made from Kendall Ford. The salesperson, Jake, was very attentive and helpful. He delivered on everything he promised. We got an amazing used pickup at what we felt was an excellent price. The finance officer, Charles, was extremely helpful and got us the best finance package for us. We have purchased over 40 vehicles in our lifetime, so I feel I?m more than qualified to say Kendall Ford is a cut above all the rest.

The team at Kendall Ford are great. Our salesman Nathan was very accommodating and walked us through every step of the way. He listened to our needs and wants and made sure we were happy. Geoff the Manager on shift was also great to work with and he did everything he could on his end to make sure it was what we were looking for and we were happy. Tim in finance explained everything to us in regards as too extra things to buy like the extended warranty and the key program Kendall has in case you lose them. He was a big help and gave us a lot of great advise. Once the deal was completed Nathan should us how to use everything in the car, as well as the Ford app that is downloaded to your phone. It was truly a great experience and I recommend Kendall Ford to everyone.

Got my daughter the 2010 bug few weeks ago. Jake was very friendly and helpful. When we went to go look at the car it had just came in. After we said we wanted it. They had the car all cleaned and serviced as he said they would. My daughter still loves her first car and after a few weeks of driving it seem to be fine and no problems.

My wife and I specked out online and ordered a new F350 Super Cab. Our sales rep Mike Parr walked us through the process and kept us informed and tracked it all the way from Kentucky to Boise.
