We worked with Neil Yadgar regarding the purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee and ended up happy with the deal he tirelessly worked out for us. Throughout our many questions he remained pleasant, patient, and professional and we appreciated his many efforts to satisfy our requests. And this place simply offers all three! I bought my truck from Julian (sales person) two weeks ago after shopping the competitor and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! the entire process went very very smooth and the financing was a breeze and they also had a very good selection for me to choose from so the whole thing went real well and I will be going back there to buy my next vehicle and the one after that.... The only thing negative i can say is that I just wish they had an easier way to get in from Arapahoe rd! But great job guys keep it going and thank you for working with me as I know I'm not the easiest customer to work with! :-)

Mark (sales) was great! Helped us throughout the purchase process. We were hesistant to buy from this dealership because of a previous purchase experience, but decided to give them another chance and Mark came through. Mike (finance) left something to be desired. Thankfully we only spent about 5 minutes with him before he peeled out in the parking lot in his mercedes (not impressed). Mark helped us find the car we wanted that fit into our budget with the features we requested. The entire process from choosing a vehicle, test drive, finance, etc took a total of two and a half hours. A pretty easy car purchase compared to most experiences we've had in the past. Thanks Mark!

Dennis Tobin gave us the numbers we needed and did not play any games, which is extremely refreshing since we value our time and are intelligent buyers... We loved the fact that both gentlemen have been at the dealership over 25 years each. That loyalty shows us this dealership is respectable and treats their people right. And if it is a good place to work you have a better culture around the dealership, so everyone is pleasant and helpful. We got an amazing deal and a beautiful car. Our new SXT AWD Durango, lowest priced model, has even more fantastic features than the "limited" and "elite" versions of the explorer, pilot and hyundai. The car has a more luxurious feel, better tech package BY FAR, and greater visability. We were coming out of Mercedes GLK lease and needed the third row for our two little ones and Durango was our choice because of its great body, powerful engine, and a friend's recommendation. I was amazed to hear Dodge and Mercedes share some parts and technology. No wonder I found the switch to be so seamless and the feel to be so familiar. I felt like I had the car forever the minute I got in! We were looking for lease and ended up buying for almost the same price. I got a hot red car that is exhilerating to drive, with all the fun, AND with all the room and safety I need for my family. I also like the fact that NOT everyone on road has one... Durango is a car lovers secret, but I thought it is a secret worth sharing... Moms, please come test drive a Durango before you go buy the minivan. You really can have a cool ride that is responsible and financially doable without having to sacrifice your own needs...Buy from Hubert Lucero at AutoNation Dodge on Arapahoe Rd. He is a rare gem. I hate going to the car dealership. Like, I honestly can't think of a worse place on earth. I really appreciate that Autonation Dodge has changed the typically "car-business" mentality of fudging numbers and manipulating you into a car you weren't confident you wanted. I knew what I had to spend, and they made it work for me. They did encourage me (farily aggressively) to write this review, but I had no quams about it. The 5 stars were earned, and I will look here for my next car.

Al was very straight forward and process was very smooth. It was a pleasant experience buying vehicle, and I am interested to see how it continues with service, repairs, etc.

Jesse and Julian were very helpful. They made the art of buying a car as smooth as possible. Seraj was honest with us from the get go. My family and I have always used auto brokers to buy our cars. This is our first purchase from a dealership, and we were throughly impressed!

We went to Freeway Ford before going to Auto Nation Dodge Ram Arapahoe . Freeway Ford treated us so badly that coming to Dodge on Arapahoe was such a wonderful place to buy a car. Working with Mark Hart and Mike Mazin was amazing. We will refer all our friends and family to buy from them.
