In September of 2013, I stopped by Autonation Dodge Ram on Arapahoe. I was greeted at the door by Neal. The wife and I explained we were just looking and weren't planning to buy a car for a few months. Neal took the time to answer our questions and walk us through the car we were interested in. Fast forward to March 2014, I contact the dealership by email and scheduled a visit with Julian. As soon as I showed up, I was greeted by Neal. He remembered who I was and the items I was looking for from my previous visit. Neal and Julian worked with me to find the prefect car. There was no pressure to buy the car. Even when we left to test drive a different brand of car, Neal said, "Yes, you need to make sure you get the right car for you. If it happens to be one on our lot, please come back and see me." We did return to purchase from Autonation and couldn't be happier. Everyone we have worked with at the Dealership has been great. In the future, this will be my first stop for a vehicle purchase.

Al was great, after he showed me a vehicle that I couldn't meet financially he sought out a great one that works for excatly what I need at the right price without me asking him to find it.

Al worked very hard on getting me into a new Durango. He spent several hours working the bank on obtaining payoff information. The service was great!! Will definitely come back.
