Close, convenient, very accommodating, easy to work with. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Made buying wa car a pleasant and non stressful experience. We enjoyed working with our salesman, Lev Zombek.

Once I was able to connect with a sales person, it was Great! No pressure or hard sales push. Very helpful and informative. The deal was made quickly. The finance paperwork went quickly as well and everything was explained well. But as expected there was a very hard push to buy the extended warranty. This has always been the worst experience of buying any car and no difference here. I wonder HOW much commission they make to sell the extended warranty. It must be a lot considering how hard they push it. But as I mentioned before, once I connected with a sales person, everything was great. That said, I have visited this dealer often and there were multiple times that I left without talking to anyone even after waiting for a long time.

These guys are honest and they care about what I care about. They understand what I?m looking for in a car and what kind of vehicle fits my family and needs. They took time with me. I will go here again.

We came in on a Saturday, ready to buy a truck. It took us nearly 6 hours. Staff was overwhelmed. Process was tediously slow. And our salesman Ryland Glass was happy to take my check but still has YET to deliver on additional promised items. (I'm still waiting for the key fob, Ryland.) For those of you who are interested in buying from AutoNation, do not leave the premises until you have everything you've requested in hand. This dealership is not out to make a lifelong customer; they're short-sighted and greedy. You can bet that pink license plate frame is in the landfill; no advertisements will be coming from me.
