This dealership completely failed to stand behind a

This dealership completely failed to stand behind a vehicle they leased to me. My Jeep wrangler has multiple unresolved safety recalls with no repair timeline. When I asked for help, I was told there was nothing they could do. I have spent hours on the phone being tossed between different departments and have made no headway and do not have a safe vehicle to drive. The safety recalls include the car randomly turning off while in motion (which I have experienced multiple times) and the potential for it to catch on fire without warning. This puts my life at risk and these concerns were dismissed. No escalation, no solutions, no accountability. If you’re looking for a dealership and a manufacturer that disappears the moment a problem arises, especially a safety issue, this is it.

Clean and friendly environment, friendly and knowledgeable service staff, kept me well informed about what was needed for the repair work along with cost. Work was completed in a timely manner. Gives me a really good waranty. I am so glad I did my repairs at this dealership.

From the moment I contacted them to look at some cars, they were nothing short of top notch professional with me. I was having trouble with the gear box, and steering. I talked to the sales manager and he came out and drove my truck and showed me how to operate everything correctly. Now I know it was me all along 🤪
