After I didn't want to buy the car I originally went in

After I didn't want to buy the car I originally went in to see he wasn't very interested in showing me other cars and when we did go for a test drive he said we could go for a "short ride" I told him I didn't know i was on a time limit! He was in a hurry because it was 7 and said we had to figure out what I wanted because the banks would be closing he was a nice person but not a good salesman

Set appointment for a warning light.

Set appointment for a warning light. Had the first appointment 7am. That day I never was contacted or updated. Even texted the assigned scheduler James. Finally at 4:30pm I called, and he had no clue and the mechanic was gone for the day. So they had to keep the vehicle overnight. Next day again never heard anything and had to call again this time I called to inform that I was coming to pick it up. Due to this poor customer service I am taking my vehicle to another dealership.

Lack of customer service!

Lack of customer service! I got maintenance done, which included a multi-point safety check. I drove just 3 miles from the dealer, and my car overheated with coolant leaking everywhere. They claimed they didn’t see this issue during their check and said it was just a coincidence. They refused to pay for a tow back to the dealer and told me they would need to keep my car for a week to inspect and fix it… and if you know, a week most likely will turn into weeks or even a month at this place. I can clearly see the coolant leakage — and I’m not even a mechanic — yet they say this wasn’t noticed during their safety check! What’s the point of doing regular maintenance every few months if they miss something as obvious as a torn hose and an empty coolant reservoir? Stay away from this place. The guy on the phone told me they could fix it right away, but in person, he was disrespectful, raised his voice, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Bree, James, and Chris are the service advisors at this place; and all of them lack customer service Dumb comments made by James included: you have only been coming here since 2021 so why would we let you know about your car maintenance!? Sir, I bought my car there, I have been going there since 2017. Other drumb comment “Leaks travel down by gravity” so if nothing was dripping then there wasn’t a leak!? The misogynistic energy was through the roof. I took my car somewhere else and got it fixed in 2 hours.

Was gonna trade in 2016 Camaro offered 18k for 2016 Macan

Was gonna trade in 2016 Camaro offered 18k for 2016 Macan S. GM Called me on a thursday evening saying they would have all pulled together for a 7pm Saturday evening paperwork signing. Never recieved a call. Nothing. Salesman was great, follow up by GM horrible. Will take my business elsewhere never to return. I use to sell exotic cars, this place is just another basic sales commision pushing car lot.

Christopher is always on top of everything and was ready

Christopher is always on top of everything and was ready to get us taken care of before we even walked in the door. He knew the last service date and recommendations for today's service. He's always professional, friendly and thorough. James checked us in and out, and was also professional, friendly and thorough as well. Overall, we received EXCELLENT customer service!
