This was a very good purchase experience on my 2022 Jeep Gladiator. I found this discounted model online and sent a digital inquiry at 7:37 pm CT. At 7:39 pm I received a text; after a series of texts I replied that I was a serious buyer and could a salesman contact me? I figured it would be morning before I would hear from a salesman. The salesman called in a few minutes and by 8:39 pm I had a deposit made and the vehicle secured. I traveled to the dealership a few days later and brought the Gladiator home to Oklahoma!

I sold my car and purchased a pre-owned Jeep at this dealership. Everyone from sales to finance was very accommodating. I read previous reviews on another rating platform and was apprehensive at first. However, I took a chance and visited them, my own personal experience was a good one. Thank you Will, Noah, Jeremiah (and Finance guy, sorry forgot his name, but he worked harder than anyone)for a smooth process. I love my Jeep Renegade.

This is the worst dealership you could ever go too! DO NOT SHOP HERE! My daughter who is years old and was purchasing her first car on her own was treated awful! She bought a jeep that she took to a mechanic it had no heat and multiple problems. The dealership would not fix. We returned the car under the day rule. The next car she bought we took to a mechanic and he said it was UNSAFE to drive!! They would not let her return it based on the contract the 5 day rule applies to one car! They did not mention this to us and even when I said we will check it out and have 5 days NO ONE CORRECTED ME! Now my daughter is stuck with a unsafe car! Take the first car back with no heat and leaks or keep this car those are the choices they gave her! Are you kidding me? How is this good customer service? How is this even being a decent human being? She was taken advantage of and its really sad! BRING A LAWYER WITH YOU TO READ THE FINE PRINT! THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE TO YOU!!!! This is wrong and they know it!
