Sales person did not have the courtesy to call back. Doesn't seem to have much interest in selling a car. A complete waste of my time
My internet search led me to call Lexus of Greenwood Village from California about a used car. Bryson Gardell was the salesperson that spoke with me. He... was very polite and professional and quickly sent pictures of the car to me by text because none were on line yet. When I received the pictures Bryson made sure they included up-close imperfections as well as the 10’ away car shots. As a local and long distance buyer of cars this type of full disclosure is VERY RARE. He sent A LOT of pics showing all kinds of views. Over a few days we discussed the car by phone, text, and email with all being a pleasant experience so I went ahead and purchased the car. My finance needs and an extended warranty were also taken care of by Lexus of Greenwood Village. I highly recommend Archer Goodman in the finance department to get a Lexus backed extended warranty and a competitive rate for lending. He was great in answering all my questions. My only regret is that I didn’t get to meet them in person or check out the lot. I give this dealership THE INTEGRITY AWARD. Look these guys up, tell ‘em a guy with an orange Jaguar sent you :)

Our sales person was great. We would buy her again (Melissa). Financing office not so much. Pushed into a warranty that they said "oops made a mistake"... offered refund but we really needed warranty. Was give false inflated interest rate from our credit union and pushed us to Bellco. Whatever decent rate... Have now refinanced vehicle at a lower rate with our credit union with a better warranty. Finance office unwilling to do more that a prorated next to nothing refund on warranty (a company they no longer use...hmm) Will not shop here for vehicle. But also know better to have my financing ducks in a row. Just made shopping for our next Lexus easier with one less dealer. Will watch closer next time.
Over booking service leads to long waits and inconvenience in time out of my schedule. Perhaps the facility's are too nice, making this dealership too... busy.
Outstanding Experience! We found the perfect Lexus online and contacted Van Saukam to discuss our options. As you can imagine, trying to buy a car located... in Colorado, while we were located in Tennessee, is not. without it's challenges. The biggest obstacle to overcome was the fact that the dealership didn't allow for us to make a deposit that would "hold" the vehicle at all, it had to be paid for on the spot or signed for on the spot. Despite the initial challenge, Van's creative prowess combined with his genuine desire to provide excellent service to his customers allowed us to work the deal. Van picked us up from the airport and the ride to. Kuni Lexus was both informative and inspirational. Once at the dealership, he continued to impress us with his genuine dedication to serving his clients. He walked us through the dealership and made us as comfortable as possible for our brief stay. The Kuni Lexus dealership was as impressive as Van's performance. I have been to some nice dealerships before, but Kuni Lexus is by far the nicest that I have ever seen. While the final prep was being done on our pre-loved GX, there wasn't anything that we could have asked for it (soda's, coffee, snacks, entertainment, a guest work station with internet, and friendly associates). We have had several experiences buying cars, and even though Colorado's laws regarding necessary paperwork are definitely different from Tennessee's, Archer Goodman, took great care of us. As a recent law school graduate, I found his explanations of the paperwork to be spot on, informative, and best of all, accurate. With all of the positives in our purchasing experience, it was no surprise that the vehicle that we purchased (2010 GX) has been every bit as impressive. My wife and I didn't think twice about driving from Denver back to Nashville, TN (1160 miles). The ride was as expected, outstanding. Kuni Lexus' Van Saukam was great to work with, and in fact we have stayed in touch since then, almost a month later. Thank you Van!
I went into Kuni Lexus not knowing what kind of car I was looking for. Van was incredibly patient, respectful and knowledgable about all of the vehicles.... I was able to test drive multiple cars without feeling rushed or pressured. In the end, I bought a certified ES 350 and I couldn't be happier. Every staff member worked to ensure that I felt supported through the process and was happy with my purchase. You can definitely tell that these people care about their customers. Highly recommend!
I'm writing this review about a year after my horrible car buying experience with Kuni and felt prompted after talking with another female friend about... her recent bad experience there. I went in to buy a used, certified Lexus which had an accident reported on it. I did my research and even found a comparable car in Utah (accident-free and more features) to base my negotiating price on. I am buying a Lexus, so I know the quality and cost in purchasing and I also recognize the used car market is hot. I am in no way a low-baller or an ego maniac with an abrasive approach. I went in with a very fair offer and negotiated up recognizing the convenience of not having to drive to Utah or have the car shipped. Loved the saleswoman, she was great, but her manager was another story. He laughed at my offer even after I came up quite a bit and then told me to enjoy my drive to Utah. I found his demeanor and response rude and disrespectful and advise buyers to look elsewhere. Funny thing, I actually ended up buying a brand new IS 350 F Sport from another dealer. The kicker, they ended up lowering the price of the car I was looking at by 1k below my offer after two months . Although they are closer to me, I will be taking my car for service and upgrades elsewhere.

As a previous Lexus owner, I was interested in trading in my current Lexus. I went to one Lexus (south of Denver) and did not find the treatment the same... as where I found my original Lexus (in another state). In fact, as I was waiting for someone to help me decide on a vehicle when I found Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village on my smart phone. It was very easy for me to say let me check out this other dealership in Denver. I wasn't given a reason to do business with the other dealership but as soon as I emailed Kuni of Greenwood Village I was online chatting with someone then was connected to Van Saukam. He is very attentive and probably one of the most knowledge car enthusiasts I have ever met. He respected my time and cut straight to the chase - the way I do business. I would highly recommend this dealership and Van Saukam to anyone looking for a new or resale vehicle. You can spend 10 hours on the internet trying to find the best deal. Well if you live in Denver or close by, they price their products based on the Market which we know may not be MSRP. The vehicle I selected was a resale sold through the certified pre-own program and it was listed with a great price to begin with - no headaches & no haggling. The moral of the story - dealership matters. Start with Kuni of Greenwood Village first and LAST.

There was no struggle in finding and buying the car that I needed. Van Saukam was immediately attentive and thoroughly professional. He made it easy to... choose and claim the car that I wanted. Ultimately I came to a car that I was not expecting and one that will serve me best. It was the best possible experience that I could have had. I am quite grateful.
