service a reflection of ownership

have bumper to bumper mopar warranty,[ bought when purchased], on a 2014 grand cherokee summit. had e-vac valve and hose go bad. GUESS WHAT NOT COVERED BY GREENWAY SERVICE. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS 2700.00 DOLLARS. NOW I KNOW WHY I QUIT DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. fix cost me 212.00 total to fix

Good Service

Great customer service! Everyone was really patient and helpful. Ms. Fonda was super sweet and checked on things and Jon helped me find the right vehicle.

Wonderful Service

Gordon Embry did a wonderful job locating the perfect truck for me. He made the process quick and easy. Once we got back to the Finance department Jake had a warm, inviting, and well-lit office, as well as a friendly personality. All around an exceptional experience that comes highly recommended.

Will never purchase a car there ever again.

Bought a Dodge Ram from the dealership the person that help was very nice and helpful. But did not tell us really about the truck even though it was a used one. Was wondering why the air in the truck was not blowing to well and he gave us a bunch of lies about it. Still purchased the truck. Took it to get serviced and come to find out it had real bad issues with the computer and mechanical part of the truck that is why the previous owner sold it and the dealership knew because one of the workers that worked on it told us. They kept the truck for over 4 months and every time we call or go check on it they always had an excuse and was rude about it. Spend over $3,000 on them working on it and they did not put all the wiring back right and worst then when we brought it to get fixed. While the truck was there someone broke in and took the car tag off the truck to use for a stolen vehicle. Will never buy anything else from them ever again. They was very rude about it when asked about it. Will never step foot on that dealership again. If I could give them a 0 I would.
