We have purchased multiple cars from AutoNation Ford. They have a great sales team and a great service department.

I went in wanting used and ended up buying new. Everyone there was as polite and nice as could be. No pressure really from anyone about any decision making, it was a relatively fast experience and I will be back when I need another vehicle!

Great experience
I had a great experience with auto nation. The sales people were nice to work with and we ended up with a great new vehicle. This is our 5th vehicle we have bought with them.

Great customer service!!!
I am very happy with the service I received. The service advisor, Shawn, was very good. The crew and the mechanics took my truck and did a great amount of work. The customer service was fantastic and I feel like they treated my case on a very personal level. These guys honored my service warranty and did a few thousand dollars worth of work so with that and the fact that they treated me with respect and treated my truck with respect really says a lot in a world where that seems rare. I want to give a shout out to AutoNation Ford Littleton service department for an absolute amazing job!!! These people care sincerely about what they?re doing, so thank you very much!!!

Had two recalls on my car.
Had two recalls on my car. I called and was told it would take six months to get in. About two months later I got an email from one of the managers wanting me to get an oil change. I told him it takes six months get service, so I take my car elsewhere. He spent some time finding out my issue and managed to get my recall apt. set up within a week of our conversation. He told me he was waiting on one more part, but would let me know before my apt. if it was in. He sent me a email and said the part was in, and they could fix both recalls at my apt. Went in for my apt., spent 3 1/2 hours waiting for the recalls to be fixed. They don't provide shuttle service more than 10 miles from dealership so I had to wait. When the car was done, I was told they only had one part to fix one of the recalls, so now I have to take another day off work to get the other one fixed. When I had a battery issue when the car was less than a year old, I couldn't even get someone to answer the phone in the service dept. I had to drive my car to the dealership to get something done. I met a great manager that time, and he replaced my battery, Service and apts. are hard to get, and now I have to go back for another 3+ hour wait to get a recall fixed.

Bought the vehicle at another dealership but had horrible
Bought the vehicle at another dealership but had horrible service. Went to AutoNation when the check engine light came on and the service manager Adam was standing at the entrance greeting me and took care of everything. I don’t want to ramble on but…by far the best service and communication I have had in a long time. I am definitely an AutoNation customer from now on Thank you Adam and I want to buy you and your crew lunch!!
