Un lugar enorme con gran cantidad de inventario todo

Un lugar enorme con gran cantidad de inventario todo limpio y pulcro ( primera impresi�n ) excelente. Luego la extraordinaria atenci�n y el manejo esencial de ser biling�e en este caso hizo m�s amena la compra del veh�culo. En fin un servicio al cliente de 5 estrellas ?

Had a great experience.

Had a great experience. Worked with Josh who was patient and knowledgeable about the type of vehicle I was looking for. Not pushy at all and a great listener. Would definitely work with him again.

Great experience, in less than 2 hours I was on my way

Great experience, in less than 2 hours I was on my way home with my new vehicle, no drama, the internet sale manager was really helpful all the time.

I needed a 4 wheel alignment on my new f150.

I needed a 4 wheel alignment on my new f150. I put new snow tires on and wanted to be sure the tires were smooth and going in the same direction on the road surface and not grinding down. Easy scheduling a service appointment, easy drop, smiling faces, easy pickup...and they are close to my home.

Was sold a used truck that went through a safety

Was sold a used truck that went through a safety inspection by Autonation Ford Littleton. When I arrived home and took a closer look the vehicle had a huge rusted hole in the muffler and the windshield wipers were in tatters (had ribbons of rubber hanging from them). I don?t think the issues I found were exactly life safety issues but they sure don?t inspire confidence in dealer honesty.

One of the best auto dealership experiences I have had. Josh Mueller was outstanding to work with, Hughe in Finance was terrific and sales manager worked hard for my business. Highly recommend this outstanding team.

I special-ordered a new Ford F-150 from AutoNation Ford

I special-ordered a new Ford F-150 from AutoNation Ford Littleton, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Before I even took delivery, the truck was damaged by the dealership. They attempted a repair before final delivery, but it was poorly executed and hasn’t held up. Despite multiple requests for a proper repair—one that involves replacing a low-cost item—they have refused, even though the truck is still under warranty. This refusal to address the issue shows a lack of commitment to customer service and accountability. As a result, they’ve lost my business permanently. I will no longer trust AutoNation Ford Littleton with my truck for maintenance or planned custom upgrades. I’ve also discouraged two potential buyers from going to this dealership and will continue sharing my story to ensure others avoid the same treatment. In short, do not buy from AutoNation Ford Littleton. If they can save a few dollars at the expense of their customers, they will. Look elsewhere for a dealership that values integrity and long-term relationships.
