Great buying experience

It was great working with john Critchfield. I was pleased with how honest Roger (finance manager) was honest in giving me the financial options as to leasing or buying my Edge. Great team.

nice facility. Average service

Greeted by someone other than the service writer upon entering the service bay. Waited about 5 minutes before being helped by Derek. Requested quick lane service and thought lubrication of the tie rod stabilizers would be included. It was not. Washer fluid was about at the bottom of the neck and was not topped off as per your standard. Fortunately, the oil and filer were changed. Couldn't tell if the tires got rotated as I was unable to supervise the work, as I can at Autonation Ford in Littleton. Have a charging system issue and the battery light comes on intermittently. No mention of that by anyone even though light came on after starting the car to leave and on the way to Fordland. Overall, okay service. No lube. Fluid not topped. Average.

Excellent service

Great Service

I bought a used car from Lakewood Fordland and when I returned to them with an access panel/computer problem a week later they stood behind the car and did the repair on their nickel. Nice work Fordland.

Justin was good.

Justin explained my issue with my seat so I finally realized I did not have an issue. He also explained my warranty that I did not understand, thinking I had bought bumper to bumper but did not understand the deductible.
