Awesome experience and service... I just picked up my...

Awesome experience and service... I just picked up my 2021 Ford Bronco from Larry H Miller Ford Lakewood last night. When I ordered it, I was told that I would not pay over MSRP. While waiting for my order to arrive, I read multiple horror stories, on various Bronco chat sites, about dealers charging over MSRP on special ordered Broncos. Despite Larry H Miller's promise and repeated assurances from my sales guy (Dan), I was still skeptical. But alas, it turns out that there are honest dealerships out there; I didn't pay a penny over MSRP even though they could have marked it up and made me "take it or leave it". Thank you guys for sticking to your word. Also, Dan was awesome to work with. Despite my numerous order changes and at least million inquiries about when I'll get my Bronco, Dan was patient and amazing to work with.

Emily was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and made our experience making a major purchase enjoyable. I would not bought without her type of personality. Steve in financing was equally awesome. The ford pass app is not where it needs to be.

Larry H Miller is great! They made things easy and took good care of me! Damien help me from start to finish and I spent one hour in the dealership total. I would recommend them to everyone. His finance manager was great also! She talked her numbers and got me a lower monthly rate and a warranty for a car which was originally sold as is and would of cost me more if I would of added it myself. Thanks guys! You were amazing!!

I had a great experience buying my new Mach-e here. Damien was super helpful the entire time I was waiting for the car to arrive and answered all of my questions very quickly. I would definitely buy my next car from him again!

don't make the mistake I did

I bought my truck less than 6 months ago and have had 4 appointments to fix electrical issues and get oil changed. They are complete idiots. So far I've spent more than 12 hours waiting and over 10 days without my truck. Latest was waiting 3.5 hours to get my oil changed and I had an appointment. I will never buy a truck from them again or have any unwarranted service work done. They suck

LARRY MILLER SELLS LEMONS THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE MANFACTURE OR EXTENDED WARRANTY PAID $79,000 CASH THEY ARE LIARS MY TRUCK HAS BEEN SITTING THERE SINCE DECEMBER 6, 2019 THEY AR ALL LIARS OVER THERE

This dealership is garbage I bought a 2017 raptor and had a problem which they said was a blown motor which I disagreed with and requested a copy of diagnostic report which 2 years later have not recieved …then was told they would not honor FORRDS manufacture warranty nor extended warranty…they have lied to my face numerous times and truck has been in their possession for 2 years and have not contacted me in months…and still have not fixed my truck nor produced a diagnostic report…that dealership is full of liars and cheats and do not honor warranty’s the truck had 28000 miles on it never would I recommend anyone to this service dept…the service managers were never professional and never communicate with me ever…the BBB is a joke along with this service dept…never would I buy a vehicle from them cause they are fake and shallow …they do not honor warranties

Emily in sales was very courteous and professional! She knows her cars. She was also respectful and customer service oriented. I really appreciated dealing with her. I also want to recommend Scott and Financing. He took the time to explain everything to me. I would like to also think Ryan the sales manager we’re getting me such a good deal.
