I have reserved my appointment, went there test drove,

I have reserved my appointment, went there test drove, agree to buy, first of all no negotiation room and whole process to involve sales manager at that point was useless and time consuming. no flexibility on split payment with small amount on Credit card, did not let me drove my car home that day. Finance was about an hour put after I agree on cash deal which was outrageous, finance guy was not acted professional at all. my car was delivered on Saturday with half tank of gas and no temporary tile tag so I could not drive so not letting me take car home that was frustrating since the guy came Saturday for delivery gave me a keys and left, did not let me finish any inspection and I did not have his number. overall, I am thinking about considering option to return car within 150 miles or 30 day return as per your policy. I am not willing to refer anyone to buy car from your dealership unless things improves and more customer friendly.

I already spoke to your manager and promised to reimburse full gas tank for good gesture but it took him two months and my effort to keep remind him every often to get the status so even that did not go well as well I guess!!!

Chris Baca, Scott King, and Ralph Benfanti are an amazing

Chris Baca, Scott King, and Ralph Benfanti are an amazing team and they are well led by Larry Shriver! They went above and beyond helping my daughter to lease her very first car, a 2022 Honda HR-V. They were efficient, patient, and knowledgable at every step of the way. They didn't try to gouge her over MSRP in a time of tight supply. I highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this dealership to any perspective

I would not recommend this dealership to any perspective vehicle buyer. They would pressure you into buying an inflated maintenance agreement. We confronted them about it and they quickly reduced their agreement by $2400. Why charge an inflated amount in the first place? They did not tell us the breakdown of what these agreements would cover. We decided we would cancel the agreement and now they tell us that $781 was non-refundable. They hid this fact when they were pressuring us into buying the agreement. Okay, the $781 supposedly would cover a few things such as windshield, we were told. A few days later, I went back because I discovered a chip in my windshield and they said the the coverage is only to repair chips and if came to replacing the windshield, that is not be covered. I would say we were taken for a ride and we would not wish for this to happen to you!

Good experience, little hassle, smooth process. We had identified a specific vehicle online before coming in for a test drive. After some discussion with Tyson (salesperson) and Chris (sales manager), we came to an agreement that met our needs and finished the process with Ralph in finance. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and not pushy. We are happy with the experience.

Do not buy from this dealership. They failed to explain...

Do not buy from this dealership. They failed to explain all warranty exclusions when my daughter, a first time buyer, bought her upgraded Honda CRV 2022 on black Friday 2021. For no reason at all whatsoever her windshield cracked. Apparently, it has "Nano Cure" technology that senses when the driver needs to break. When she was sold the warranties they failed to tell her that a new replacement windshield would cost over 1400 bucks. They denied my daughter's window replacement claim because she did not purchase the Nano Cure Warranty. Again, they failed to her about it.. She would have bought it if she was told about how much it would cost to replace the front window. Do not buy from them!!

The windshield protection warranty was a package we had presented during this process which and was declined. We are so sorry to hear about an issue with the windshield.
