Great Dealership!

Great Dealership! Just bought a Ridgeline and I love it so far. The sales personnel are very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating! The dealership even arranged an Uber for my wife to pick up the truck! If you are looking to buy a Honda, I highly recommend this dealership!

I recently purchased a 2024 Honda HRV at Holman Honda.

I recently purchased a 2024 Honda HRV at Holman Honda. I was reluctant to visit a dealership but was impressed with the dealership and my salesman Delmar Fralick. Delmar was an excellent communicator and very professional . My experience at Holman Honda was beyond expectations.

I've owned Hondas for a good 30+ years.

I've owned Hondas for a good 30+ years. This service department has keep my cars running like new! They don't push to find something wrong; very trustworthy. At some seasonal 'time' changes, I even drop by to have them change my clock back or forth. Always assist me with a smile. The top place in town. They don't change personnel constantly which is a plus. A+ rating in my book!

Buyer Beware! Don't make this mistake.

BUYER BEWARE! I have never had a worse car buying experience than what I've experienced with Holman Honda. I can't recommend highly enough to stay away! I purchased a 2010 Lexus with 74k miles in late May of this year. In less than 60 days (even after being told how extensively they inspect the cars) I had over $3,000 in bills to get the car fixed. But here's where things get next level crooked. I canceled the completely worthless warranty/service contract they sold me that did not cover a single item of the repairs. That's convenient! Not only that, but I just called the credit union that Ben (the sales manager) set me up with for financing. The credit union told me that Holman had sent them a hot check as the "refund" for the warranty that I canceled. The check was deposited on Sept. 7th in the amount of $1,426.28 and proceeded to bounce shortly afterwards. The credit union said they've been calling Holman Honda for over 2 months now and nobody is returning their calls. This dealership appears to not only not care about those buying cars from them, but they also don't appear to care about the credit unions who they refer to their car buying clients. This is BY FAR the worst experience I've had when purchasing a car and would avoid Holman Honda like the plague.

We went in on a Thurs & test drove the car I wanted but

We went in on a Thurs & test drove the car I wanted but it was the wrong color. A dealer trade was done to get the color I wanted, and that was appreciated. The car was at the dealership on Thur evening, On Friday we were told the car would be ready on Sat morning and we arranged a pick up of 10 am, with the understanding we had to be out of there by 12 as we had a birthday party to attend for our son. We showed up on Sat WITH financing. We were told they had to still do a credit check, we said no, we have financing. Turns out we were correct, no credit check was needed. After an hour of waiting, the salesman AND the financing guy were STILL tried to get us to use Honda financing. At 11:30 we told the salesman that we were leaving in 30 minutes either with the new car or he could put our plates back on the vehicle we were trading in but we were leaving in 30 minutes! We FINALLY got to see the financing guy at 11:40. We finally left there at 12:05, we were finishing the paperwork or we would have left. Something that should have taken 30 - 45 minutes took 2 hours and I truly believe that if we had not said we were leaving at 12, it would have taken longer. We were the FIRST people that day to leave with a new car & were the first people IN the financing guy's office, it was next to where we were waiting for 2 hours!!! Respect MY time!!
