Barbee's Freeway Ford is the best in the state

Barbee's Freeway Ford is the best in the state for you Fords service repairs, OEM equipment, installed properly and guaranteed to be done right. I have them service all of my personal, and fleet vehicles, they always get it right ! They recently stepped up to the plate again, we had a minor error from a previous service call, and they instantly took care of it, made it no charge, not even parts, and had it ready in morning so the vehicle could be back in service. Whether it is Tomas in the Fastlane, or Olly in service department, they always give you the best service possible, with their guarantee of getting it done right, and professional and courteous at all times ! Beware!!!

Beware of this place! We bought a used Explorer only to find out it had a branded title, which wasn't insurable. They refused to return our money and only gave us an option to trade it back in for another vehicle. Three days later we did that and they gave us 5K less than we bought it for. Total criminals.

Freeway Ford has cost themselves an Ford motor com

Dealing with Freeway Ford has been the worst dealership experience I've ever had. They don't care about their customers. Only their customers money... I noticed that they don't respond to their negative reviews. So ... Shop there and you'll be sorry you've been warned... They took advantage of me on my trade-in and overcharge me on my purchase. The service department is even worse I've been a lifelong Ford customer but that ended at freeway Ford. The payment lasted longer than the truck.

Awesome Service - Totally Happy!

I had to write a follow-up about my service at Freeway Ford last week. My experience began with Nick and Nick and ended with Thomas and Thomas. (I couldn't believe it either) Thomas 1, wrote my service ticket and followed up with me as promised, always courteous and professional. He had to tell me that the parts he ordered had not arrived and assured me he'd find what we needed. He called me almost immediately back, and sounded genuinely delighted that they showed up after all! When I went to pick up my car, Thomas 1 was with another customer so Thomas 2 offered to help. He went over the services performed, went over the bill, which I was more than pleasantly surprised about, he offered to bring my car to me. I really felt Princess-y! My 22 year old Explorer is purring like a kitten with enough miles on it to have been driven to the moon! I could not be a happier customer/princess :)

Ford Ranger Purchase

I recently brought my 2016 F-150 in for an appraisal not actually intending to sell. The appraisal was a pleasant surprise and incentives for purchasing a new vehicle were spectacular. We ended up trading in our F-150 after considering the offer over the weekend. Dustin our salesman was courteous, friendly and responsive to questions but not pushy. I really appreciate it!
