Spend a $100 get nothing.

I have been on 100's of online auctions and never in my life have been charged 100$ and not get anything. I would advise EVERYONE to avoid this buisness unless you have money to throw away.their is no reserve revealed ,so you wont know if you even have a chance of buying a item. The only thing that is gaurenteed is that they are getting your $100. I would advise to find somewhere else to go there are alot of others out there. Do hour homework and beware!

Didn’t ship car

Purchased car a month ago and I still don’t have it. Manager there, Brian and salesman Joe kept lying to me that they will ship the car. For people out of state, please do your research on this dealer first.

Car not delivered!

This dealer is a FRAUD! I purchased a Wrangler from them on 6/3/20 paid wire transfer immediately. It’s 7/26/20 and I still didn’t get the car. After involving the local county sheriff I got a hold of owner Constance that promised me that she will personally take matters onto her own hands since her manager Brian and her salesman Joe kept lying to me over the last almost 2 months that they will ship the car soon. Outrageous! I found my own shipper and now they blame COVID-19 issues at the dealer. What next? ...

Do NOT buy from here

I paid for a car via eBay with Motorsports unlimited. I paid within one day of receiving the paperwork. Since then (three weeks) Brian has NOT sent me the title, and always says he's "handling" the shipping. His communication is horrible, and gets angry because I put good faith in his business and eBay, only to have him not give me the respect of actually shipping my car and sending the title. I have spoken with two different shipping companies who said he had the car listed for shipping and was offering $300-350 for shipping, then blames delay on covid-19, when I paid him $500 for shipping. BE WEARY OF DEALING WITH BRIAN AND MOTORSPORTS UNLIMITED. Please don't blame covid-19 when the reason for delay is you trying to make money on shipping. And now I FINALLY did receive the car, no title, car runs hot(almost immediately), smokes, power steering doesn't work, alternator/generator doesn't work, among SEVERAL other major issues that Brian did not disclose in eBay listing. You rely on a seller to fully disclose everything about the car because of distance, it is really disappointing to see a thief operating on eBay. I have had other car purchases through eBay and they all over disclose in the interest of fairness. So if you are thinking of buying a car from Brian and Motorsports unlimited, DON'T! I guarantee there are things they are not telling you about the vehicle that you will not be pleased with when you finally get the car. And like I said, still no title, so I have a parts car for $9000. If you read Brian's response below, he stated again that the car runs and drives like a driver's car, whatever that means. I guess it means it doesn't run, and it will drive for 15 minutes until it's a walkers car, because if you drive it the way it is you'll be walking very shortly!

The listing shows title status as clear, and he told me he has it. Brian kept telling me he is sending the title, but never did. Then Brian told me they have to find it. Now Brian ignores me and does not communicate with me. I received the car last night, with several major mechanical defects that were not disclosed in the auction, so combine that with not having a title, I have a parts car and not a car I can drive and enjoy

Dealer response

This person won an open as-is auction on eBay for a 1962 Chevrolet Impala for $7600. 75+ photos of the car were posted and he was the high bidder. The car also starts, runs, drives, stops, and functions as well as a 'driver-quality' car. Anyone purchasing a fifty-eight year-old automobile should expect to have to furnish some repairs. The car was shipped as quickly as possible (his own transporter agent was a broker who wanted to gouge both us and him for $590 PLUS an additional $250 'handling' he doesn't mention); when our contracted transporter confirmed booking, the car was delivered within 24 hours. It is correct that our office had misplaced the title, but Mr. Perez will receive it. Mr. Perez also thinks bombarding dealership staff with seventy-five plus text messages in quick succession both during and after hours, late in the evening and early in the morning, will progress things further. We feel sorry he feels this way about a fifty-eight year-old car.

Excellent! Highly Recommended!

I very highly recommend George, Brian, and Joe at Motorsports Auto Group for working with my sister to help her get back on the road. As a single mother who was taken for a 'ride' by a buy here pay here dealer, I did not have high hopes or expectations for whatever we were able to try to get her into. Brian and his group at Motorsports understood though and worked with our budget to get her a very nice Ford Excape SUV that is right for her and her two babies. Being a used car, it had some small issues like a window not working and a check engine light came on the next day. We called up and Joe let Brian know and he scheduled us to have both items fixed the next day or two and even gave my sister a loaner car to use so she wouldn't have to uber everywhere and spend money she DIDNT have! I must say I'm highly impressed with the level of personal service from a small dealer and i will keep them in mind for the future!

Very Sad , terrible experience.

On August 1st 2019 I purchased a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix from Motorsports Unlimited in Palm Harbor Florida for the sum of 5,595 dollars. I still have not received a title for this vehicle. The vehicle was said to be in great working order with no problems. I was told that its great and "I would love it!" The vehicle was finally shipped to me on August 19th 2019. The vehicle was shipped from Motorsports Unlimited in Palm Harbor Florida to Wheeling WV. As soon as the shippers got the vehicle off of the trailer the ABS light was illuminated as well as the traction control light and the emergency brake light. Also the front seat was broken, all four tires were bald, the vehicle had a blown speaker, a broken turn signal switch and a broken rear strut. I spoke with Brian Dreggors whom is the general manager of Motorsports unlimited and stated that he would make things right with me. On August 24th 2019 while I was driving on the interstate to work the steering in this vehicle went out and I was almost hit by a semi head on. I was however, able to stop at a gas station and get out of the vehicle. Upon exiting the vehicle I found there to be power steering fluid under the vehicle and I could visibly see it leaking from under the car. The car had lost its power steering and is 100 percent inoperable. After several calls to Motorsports Unlimited and talking to Brian Dreggors nothing has been resolved. Brian Dreggors did say that he was sending me some parts and a check for 500 dollars. However this was said to have been sent over two weeks ago. I still do not have a title for this vehicle or a vehicle to drive after spending over 6,000 dollars on this car after shipping costs.

2000 Jeep TJ BEST EXPERIENCE

When I found my Jeep online and realized it was located 4 hours away, I was not sure if I really wanted to make the trip to purchase it. BUT, the Jeep was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I contacted Motorsports Unlimited and talked with Brian. As soon as him and I started communicating back and forth, I knew I was in good hands. He made the transaction for me the most easiest I have ever experienced in buying a car. When I got there, I met George and he was just as great and extremely friendly. I am so so glad that I came across not only this once and a life time Jeep, but this dealership. Do YOURSELF a favor and check them out. If you are in the market for a vehicle (or even a boat) make sure you consider Motorsports Unlimited Auto Group and speak with Brian. He will absolutely take care of you! THANK YOU BRIAN AND GEORGE!

AMAZED

I can’t say enough good things about everyone at this business. Brian (the owner) stands behind his cars and is so helpful and such a kind hearted person. My compressor in my 2013 VW Jetta has gone bad. (A common issue) after being quoted $1,400 at Tire Kingdom I was willing to drive without my a/c for some time. Frantic and overwhelmed, I thought to contact Brian and he didn’t even hesitate on helping me out for a much much lower price. Not only is he a GREAT business owner he is a wonderful person as well. Truly someone who cares about his customers. Thank you so much!

Went the extra mile to meet our needs.

The finance manager Brian not only went out of his way bringing us the car to Tampa but he arrived with free cheeseburgers for all of us. It's little things like that that make a difference.
