Awesome experience. My first new car in MANY years... and the selection process started all over the place; used, new, small, big, suv, car... I was able to test drive several cars, on my own, so ZERO pressure during the driving process. Did my research on-line over several days, came back and made my decision and the purchase was smooth and painless. And for the past 3 days of owning my new Outlander, I can't stop smiling!
