So beyond pleased with my experience here! I’m 19 and this is my first time getting myself a brand new car. I went in with a clear budget, not expecting anything too new or too fancy. With the help of Martha, i was able to lease my dream car, a 2025 Kia K4 GT line for LESS than my original budget! Bonus points for the process being quick and easy! i test drove the car and then drove it off the lot only 3 weeks later! Me and my friends are absolutely loving my first “big girl purchase” 🤩🤩 For this being my first time experiencing a car dealership, i am extremely pleased with both the process and the outcome! Will be returning here and seeking Martha’s help for another new Kia once my lease is up!

Just purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage hybrid, and can honestly say that in over fifty years of car ownership I've never had such a positive experience. Mike, Jon, and the entire staff were professional, welcoming, and answered all of my questions. The deal was good, frankly better than for a comparable Toyota RAV4, which made my decision to buy from Romeo the right one.

Please read before shopping at this dealership! What I thought was a good car buying experience quickly turned sour. After I purchased my used vehicle, I received a CarFax 3 days later telling me that the vehicle I had purchased had been in not 1, but 2 previous accidents. These accidents were never disclosed to be prior to purchasing the vehicle. When looking at the vehicle, I was told the ONLY issue with the car was a minor cosmetic issue on the back. I reached out to the dealership regarding my concerns and they told me that they are not obligated to tell me about a carfax report and it is in fact my fault I missed this information!! Furthermore, again after purchasing my vehicle, I went to gather the keys and everything to drive it home, and was told there is only 1 key for the vehicle. When I brought this up during my follow up call, I was again told that it was my fault for not asking if there were two keys for the vehicle. In all of my car buying experiences, neither of these situations have ever occurred where I was not told about accidents or a lack of a second key, and then blamed for not asking about these situations! Romeo is hiding information to sell cars and then blaming their customers when I was simply trying to let them know maybe it was an oversight and truly just wanted to get a second key. Both of these issues can greatly affect a car’s value and I believe I was deceived. Clearly none of this was an oversight and almost seems malicious in nature. The rudeness and lack of caring upon follow up is truly what makes this the worst car buying experience I have had. I have never left a bad review in the over 20 vehicles I have purchased in my life, and gave Romeo the opportunity to try and make “good” on their now apparent deception. DO NOT BUY FROM ROMEO IF YOU WANT HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY!
