This place is the greatest! Best customer service ever! I bought a 2007 Sonata two weeks ago. It had a couple of minor things wrong with it that the garage manager fixed promptly.

They are crook from the start we purchased one small car from them the next day the car wouldn't start they had it towed to their shop for week they had the car could not fix it told me with another down payment I could get into another car so desperate for a car I made it down payment and they gave me another car a month-and-a-half later the engine blew up on that car with a little bit more money down I purchased another car from them because they were nice people and acting like they wanted to help when I purchased the third car he told me don't worry about the tax and fees that they would tack it on and I can make payments on it as long as my payments were made on time I had trouble paying my payment and ask them to move the payment date they said they could a two weeks ago when I went in there to make my car payment Shaman for me that I was a very far behind and I had a balance I asked him what it was from and for me it was late fees tax and title I told him I would try to catch it up and he told me there was nothing he could do to help me on the late fee meanwhile the day before I went to go pay my car payment again I'm at work and the Repo Man came and picked up my car I told Repo Man I didn't understand why he was picking up the car that I was in constant contact with Sean and Sean acted like everything was okay and that he was going to work with me on the text hi and apparently he wasn't the Repo Man up for me that Sean is not a bad guy that he's just in the business of a buy here pay here and their business is to let you get behind so they can come repo your car and sell it for the same value that they sold it to you for well thanks Sean I would like to say more nice things about you but right now at this moment I can't think of any since you blatantly lied to my face deceived me and then took my car without notice being that if you would have just informed me that my car was going to be repo because of the late fee taxes and fees and tag beat I would have made a way to pay it and then when I tried to call you you didn't even answer the phone that's bad business especially to a nice person that works her butt off and was in constant contact with you and paid every 2 weeks on the car you reap his my car over late fees that added up because you did not change the date when I do have it in writing that I asked you to change the date hey because of tag and tax fees from a prior car that have blew up mind you that was a third car that I purchased from you you could have cut me a little break and let me know so I could have paid it before you repo my car and please know that I only gave you 5 stars on buying a car because you were eager to sell a piece of junk car to anybody that's got cash thank youk

I went to instant auto for my first car after months of looking and I can honestly say I have never been treated as nice at car lot as I was treated at instant auto. I drove onto the lot with my uncle and was greeted by Frank. Immediately I felt like I had known him for years. Him and his crew create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. They do not pressure you in any way, shape, or form. Frank goes above and beyond all expectations you could possibly have. I trust these people with my car any day of the year. I will be buy all my future used cars at instant auto.

This place is where you should go if you need a vehicle. Frank, will treat you right and help anyway possible. Tracy the mechanic is fabuluous. You should give these guys a chance.

we bought a 2001 Durango off of Frank. I have bought alot of cars in my day and I can tell you that he is a top notch dealer who cares about the customer. I had concerns about a couple issues with the car and he went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of. He wants to make sure you are happy. He has a great staff who takes their time when addressing issue. If you need a good used car and you don't see it on here, give him a call. Frank gave me a great deal, treated me like I was the most important customer on the lot, went above and beyond what other dealers were offering me. Would definitely reccommend for anyone looking for a great deal shopping around for a great car.

Just bought a 98 Grand Prix. Best service ever. The staff is great, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Less than half an hour and I was out the door, with all questions answered, behind the wheel of a great used car. And the cars are VERY well maintained. Mine had the cleanest engine I've ever seen, not bad for a fourteen year old car. HIGHLY recommended!

Just bought my first vehicle in years, and man am I glad I came to Instant Auto. Got a great looking, sporty car. The awesome staff had all my questions answered and I was out the door with my keys in less than half an hour. The staff is great. No sales pressure and they really know their stuff. I got a dream car for a steal, almost 15 years old and you can literally eat off the engine. If you're looking for a great car at a great value, these are your guys!
