Outstanding Service

I just moved from the Western Slope and was having trouble with the headlights on my SRX, I took my car to a shop in Loveland and was quoted $3200 for a repair. I decided to contact Cadillac and they sent me to Dellanbach. I was very apprehensive after some repairs from the Cadillac Dealership on the Western Slope, but after dealing with Dellanbach I am over the top impressed with both the dealership and Cadillac. Because Cadillac met me half way my bill was half of the local garage and I got both headlights replaced! I will definitely buy my next car here!

Great deal, awesome sales person, great vehicle!

Have bought several cars throughout the years and this was by far the best experience with a dealer. Dellenbach is professional, courteous and pleasant. An all around great experience

Made my appointment for service on our 2011 Camaro and the date that I needed was available at the time I needed. Got to our scheduled time and the work was performed in a timely manner. The waiting area has hot and cold drinks as well as snacks. An all around great experience.

Professional services

The Body Shop did an excellent job on repairing the badly damaged front passenger door including window broken out. A reasonable price and now hard to imagine there was ever a HUGE dent in door.

Great waiting room and friendly staff

Very good experience at Dellenbach service department! The oil change was extremely fast and I did not have to wait very long. Long enough to drink one cup of specialty coffee in the waiting room and then it was done! The service rep was very helpful answering my husband's questions too!

Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable Sales staff.

I enjoyed the opportunity to work with Eric W. in the purchase of my new Silverado truck. He worked with me through the entire buying process at a comfortable pace for me. We looked at several trucks together. I felt that he had a great understanding of the product line and the options that each vehicle was equipped with. Eric had the experience to guide me through the process and I feel that I ended up with the right vehicle for me. Dellenbach Motors had a nice inventory of vehicles to choose from. I have purchased 4 other vehicles from them over the years and feel very confident that they will stand behind their product.

Impala 2009

Routine service went very well. I forgot to mention initially that I needed new wiper blades installed. So, on picking up the car I purchased new blades in the Parts Dept. meaning to install them myself but on seeing me exit with them the woman in the service area went and got the mechanic and had him install them (in a few minutes without any extra cost). I thought it was a very nice gesture on her part. Thank her for me. Patrick
