Woman was very rude and impatient. Shouted at us instead of having a conversation and refused to listen or negotiate. Waste of time, would not recommend.
I contacted this dealer about a vehicle they had listed. I provided multiple contact options. I never recieved any contact from the dealer. So, either... they really do not have the vehicle and the posting was fake, they are not technically savvy enough to use email or telephone, or they don't sell to anyone they think might be female. I won't bother with them regardless.
This was a great choice! The folks over there at Herrington Automotive are SUPER friendly and cooperative with you. They do their best to get you in the... vehicle you have your heart set on! I would recommend this to anyone that wants to buy a used vehicle and that has great customer service and knows how to attract and treat customers!
They have not contacted me yet! I was planning on arranging a visit on my trip to KC last week. I will have to try again in a few weeks.....
Very nice inventory of vehicles. I stopped by 3 separate times to look and drive a vehicle without any pressure from the sales team (Kim and Steve) and... non of the stereotypical used car salesman tricks. Contacted them about a specific automobile. Got a timely response and quite helpful. Because of long distances to travel there and look at one car, I asked... about some specific issues and asked for many more detailed photos to be able to qualify this car and the travel time and expenses. Yet to hear a word.

After explaining my situation and needs, Kim worked with me on the price of the car I wanted; coming way down on asking price. As can be expected, when buying a 1997, some repairs would most likely be needed. I paid for some stuff to be fixed and was on my way. Unknowingly, on Kim and Ben's behalf, my car had some mechanical issues. The totally awesome part is that after purchasing my Grand Prix GT Supercharge "as is" Without hesitation, Kim got my car right in and did all repairs, at no additional cost, while loaning me another car. She said "It's the right thing to do." Kim and Ben are excellent to work with. They are ethical, honest, trustworthy, dependable, truly caring and go way beyond what is required, or expected, of a car dealer. I am amazed of how well they have treated me. I am truly thankful that I found the car I wanted, by searching cars.com, and that I have had such a great experience working with Kim and Ben.
