Express Sevice

I brought in my CRV at 7:30 for an express oil change. It took nearly 4 hours. I was the only one left in the waiting room. The woman in the first office ignored me. The coffee lady ignored me. The shuttle driver kept looking at me all morning. The service manager ignored me until 11:00 when he finally called to check on the status. I’ll be buying my next car from someone else.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I was treated with respect and kindness with a bit of humor thrown in and it was a great experience

great customer service

Had my CRV in for service and as always it was great! They always explain the service. This time I took the courtesy shuttle and the driver was great. Always good here

Always top notch

I always enjoy going to Markley Motors to have my car serviced. The service team is friendly and efficient. My car is carefully checked to ensure it is in good working order. The team is professional and knowledgeable. I would not want to go anywhere else.

great Service!!

I had excellent service this week at the Markley Honda collision center. I was greeted promptly and helped efficiently. It was a very positive experience.

Great Dealership

From the very start of purchasing my new Honda Ridgeline, which I purchased online as it had to be ordered, there was no pressure by anyone. The whole sales experience was easy and efficient with no glitches. They were very accommodating with my indecision on optional dealer installed equipment and treated me with respect at all times. They have always answered all my questions on technology. Very good on service appointments and their shuttle service is very accommodating when needed. it is a real pleasure to work with Markley’s.

Great service

I would like to thank everyone that I've been interacted with at Markley Motors. BJ Wilhite who helped me find the car that I wanted.With my first vehicle purchase I was a little scared, but he treated me just like he would have treated his daughters friend (if that makes any sense at all) Overall I was very happy. The service has definitely shined three year after purchasing my car whenever I bring my car in for routine oil checks, tire patches and everything inbetween. I want to specifically highlight Andrew Martinez who I see almost every time I come in. He is always happy to see me and goes over my bill and explains anything that I have questions on and lets me know what work will need to be done at my next visit if there is anything besides an oil change. I'm definitely a chatty Cathy so I like that he and I can chat about vacations and weekend plans. I would also like to thank Nick, on 8/25/18 he helped me get checked in and called me with questions about my windshield wipers and was genuinely very polite. Lastly, thanks to the guys that work on my car, they're the real MVP's that make sure my car's up and running and in great condition

Inspect your car closely before buying

Buyer beware!!! This was our second purchase from Markley. The first was great, we were happy every step of the way and we thought we were safe retuning to buy again. Buy sadly in the last 10 years things have greatly changed. We recently purchased a 2017 van from them. After the purchase was complete they pointed out large dents in the fender. Dents that were hard to see as this is a white van. When asked if they would fix it they refused saying the cost was too much. We were also informed after purchase that there was only one key available. These are the expensive to replace keys as well. Had I seen the dents before I would never of purchased this van. Why would I want to trade a something in with virtually no body damage but normal wear and tear for something with? They new they had us and snuck it by. We 4 kids to entertain and keep together so didn't have a ton of time to overlook everything before being swept into the office to sign papers. I assumed as supposedly being a reputable dealership they would have taken care of such damage. They also sold it to us with very worn tires. We were able to get those replaced after much negotiation but it wasn't fun or easy. WE absolutely won't be returning here and suggest you shop else where before making the same mistake we did. If you do, be sure to very carefully inspect your car from bumper to bumper before signing anything ask for all paper work, at this point I am sure their so called 27 point inspection is BS as well. After having the van in their shop to get the tires replaced it came back with another dent in the side that most certainly wasn’t there when we took it in, looks as though someone hit it with a screwdriver or something sharp. Likely out of spite because we had to get after them for not doing their job right the first time. Wish we would of read the many other negative reviews about experiences like ours before shopping there.

Markley.Motors continues to give good service

Since buying my 2013 Honda Civic from Markley Motors five years ago, I have received excellent service. The maintenance department has friendly, knowledgeable service people who are efficient and helpful. Recently, I took the car in for regular maintenance. I plan an extensive road trip and wanted to make sure everything was in good order. I also decided to put on four new tires. When I stopped in to make the appointment, Andrew was very proactive. He checked with the parts department to make sure the tires I needed would be in stock and made the appointment at a convenient time for me. The car was ready in record time, Andrew explained what they had done, He is always very courteous and has given me good service. The coupon I had received was a true savings. Thanks for the quality service both with excellent maintenance and friendly service. I especially have enjoyed the free car washes, too!
