Oil change
I have been buying vehicles and having them serviced at Markley Motors for many years. I am very satisfied with all things Markley although I am presently very upset with a malfunctioning transfer case on my GMC pkup. Oh well.

Wonderful service
We bought a Buick Lacrosse a few months ago and experienced a problem with the passenger door sticking. We took it back to Markley Motors twice to the service department for repairs to no avail. Then Markley Motors realized that this was the body department's field of expertise. Once that department got to work on this problem it took them no time to solve the problem and now the door opens smoothly. We are so grateful to have this problem solved and to be able to open our car door without pushing on it.

As always, service dept employees were courteous and service was accomplished in a timely manner. I appreciate the integrity of the employees. They do not recommend unnecessary repairs and point out if repair rather than replacement of a part might be in order due to the age of my vehicle.

Outstanding dealership. I have purchased 6 or 7 vehicles from this dealership over the past 20 years and have always found them to be friendly and willing to work with customers. I would not think of going to any other dealership. I don't know what I will do if I ever move from this area. There service department is also very responsive to customers needs and requests. They have outstanding hours of service so as to satisfy customers.

Honda 2016 HR-V purchase
I would recommend this dealership over all others, I even had rollover from my extended warranty on my 2011 CR-V that could be used for the new extended warranty on the next car. I have purchased at leased 6 cars from Markley and will always go back.

Mechanical service, replace sensor.
Good dealership, good people. Never had a bad experience. Expensive, but, solid and worth the extra. Can't judge repair quality at this time.
