oil change
I took my wife's 2007 CRV in for a standard oil change. It was a Saturday so understandably busy. It did take longer than expected but I was able to use multiple punch cards so the job was done for free and it included a car wash. The new facility looks fantastic!!! I was very impressed. I went to the showroom and looked at the new cars...makes me think about up-grading...

It took a few minutes to get things started, but all went well , as usual. This item requiring at least 25 words or more is one of the more rediculous things I have experienced. Maybe Markley should consider using some other format, because this one definately sucks. Okay is that at least 25? Let's try to submit again................................

Markley Motors is the Best!
I have been taking my Hondas to Markley Motors for more than 20 years now. A few years ago I had some body work done there and they did an excellent job! Yesterday I went in for an oil change and was extremely pleased with the service. It was nice to have a cozy fire going in the fireplace, a cup of hot coffee, a cookie and the tv on. I felt like I was at home! I would not take my Honda to any other shop in Ft. Collins because they KNOW Hondas and are very thorough and complete.

Maintenance Service at Markley Motors Fort Collins
Went for 120,000 mile maintenance service. Work was done and finished in the time I was told, 4-4 1/2 hrs. Service writer Steve kept me informed of things that may or may not have needed to be done. No pressure. Expensive, but I feel confident that our 2001 Honda CR-V is good to go for another 30,000 miles.

I went in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change...
I went in for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and the service department was having a very busy day. Even under those circumstances they not only took care of my oil change, but went above and beyond in helping to figure out how to use my remote starter that I had installed with the purchase of my car. I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience and am grateful for the time and patience the service department provided.

Honda Odyessy panels - fixed
Doors were stuck. Was told I needed to pay 88 dollar diagonostic fee. Fixed the car quckly, so quickly that that they waved the fee. Tota: 55 dollars. Plus free (standard) vac and wash.

I have always enjoyed the affordable and quick service given at Markley. They are professional, have a great facility and the people are very nice. They also do not try an sell you something that you don't need and you are usually pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the services provided. Then when you really have a problem and they make recommendations, one is more willing to accept that Markley has their back. Thank You Markley for providing what should be a standard in car care and customer service. Others take note.

Horrible body shop work
I used the body shop to replace the windshield thinking they would do a better job for a customer than other glass shops. The window took 5 times into the shop before a leak was fixed. Then the window broke again and despite 2 trips there and the managers promise to follow up, calls were not returned and I finally went to another place for the window replacement and they had a terrible time replacing the window and said if one of there staff had done such a bad job they would be fired. When I reported this to management I was told we know he has problems. No offer of anything except a small distracted apology. I'm sorry I bought my car from them given the service after the sale.

Honda Serpentine belt replacement
Recently had to have the serpentine belt replaced on my 2004 Honda Accord with 172,000 miles. Markley ordered the new belt (having sold the one in stock earlier the day I had my oil changed), and gave me a call as soon as it came in to schedule the appointment. The service was done 1/2 hour ahead of schedule, and at the cost they quoted me. I had several phone conferences that I needed to participate on, so while I was waiting, I used their waiting room and WiFi to conduct these. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Horrible service experience
I was charged for repair work not done (pending law suit) I was charged $1400 and told my car was ready (went two weeks without a phone call) pull away, get down the road (headed for I25) and realize that I have two flat tires (brand new tires) with nails sticking out of them! Honestly I only found one nail the first day but sure enough there was another. They fixed them .... Charged me to fix them and treated me like I was too stupid to know otherwise. I was actually told at one time "we don't currently have a manager". This place is a joke. When I complained a second time I was called a liar and told that I must not be able to pay my bill. Markley, I will not go one day without telling everyone I see how horrible this business is.
