    I worked with James from another state to buy an advertised used car. He assured me that they could hold the car for one day so that I could get there... from out of state to purchase it. Kelly, the general manager, called to reverse that agreement. Such a disappointment and completely unprofessional- in my opinion. I discussed a willingness to purchase the car outright with cash and requested to lay a deposit to hold it until I could arrive. He declined and offered instead a contract via FedEx overnight, and reassured it would arrive in the morning. He promised that he'd just need the contract's return tracking number to pull the car from stock. I rearranged my entire day, which included cancelled meetings and a less than ideal rearrangement for the rest of my week. After driving my neighborhood with my Nestcam video on my cell, I tracked the driver down within my neighborhood and got the required tracking number to the dealership by 1pm, only to be told that the car had been sold the hour prior. I'm so very, very completely disappointed with the way this was handled and will be placing reviews wherever possible- as I feel this "policy" is complete xxxxxxxx and a waste of time if you are not local to this dealership. Shame on you, Kelly!

    Was the most pleasant car buying experience from start to finish!! I would recommend them to everyone I know! Bill was such an easy person to talk to and... deal with! The day of pickup each and every one of whom we dealt with was very helpful and friendly! Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Thank you to all!! I love my new Subaru Cross Trek

    Last week I went car shopping around the Mother Lode and I'm glad that I stopped into Sonora Ford. I was lucky enough to work with James, one of the sales... people. The experience was great from start to finish. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and made the car buying experience stress free. I ended up purchasing a factory certified low miles Ford Fusion which I am completely happy with. In addition to the great service James provided we spoke to the general manager Kelly. Speaking to Kelly I could tell that customer support is very important to him. I will definitely recommend Sonora Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

    I have a 2014 escape titanium rear end was making noise called and made an appointment with Chip and these guys take care of business everything was warranted... no more noise very happy with Sonora ford oh buy the way it has 54,000 miles on it great job guys.

    We had been looking for a good deal on a truck when we were referred to Sonora Ford by our credit union. My husband struck a rock-bottom deal with Dave... at Sonora Ford on the telephone, so we knew we had to waste no time. We didn't have time to work out the financing details before making the drive from Sacramento to Sonora, so we asked Dave and Jeff at the dealership if we could leave a deposit, and then return in a day or two with a check from the credit union to pick up the truck. The response we got was unbelievable! Jeff said, "Why don't you take the truck with you tonight and send us a check in a couple days?" It was like buying a car in Mayberry...just like it ought to be. These guys are the real deal, and they will treat you right. They are not pushy, and they won't sell you something you don't need. Honestly, the easiest truck-buying experience ever. It was painless! We got a great deal on a great Ford truck, and we were treated like family. And we didn't buy anything we didn't need. Thanks Dave and Jeff!

    My wife and I stopped by Sonora Ford on Memorial Day weekend to look at a new truck. We walked on to the lot thinking we knew what we wanted in a truck.... After showing us all of the trucks that fit list, our sales rep, Bill Curnow, showed us a couple of other options that he thought we might be more satisfied with. After considering all of the options, we decided on one Bills suggestions. Thanks to his knowledge, attitude, and professionalism we bought the best truck for us. After we chose our truck the rest of our experience at Sonora Ford was just as awesome. The finance process was straightforward and painless. Thanks to the fantastic staff at Sonora Ford, we had the best dealership experience we have ever had.

    We would definitely purchase a vehicle from here again. We had been shopping around for a new car for months and this dealership had exactly what we wanted... at a great price. They were not pushy but very accommodating. There was no pressure or back and forth with numbers; they were honest and thorough. Everyone that we dealt with gave us excellent customer service. It was well worth the drive.

    Purchased our 6th Ford on 8/31. Made contact thru the I-net with Jeff Bigelow who had Ty Johnson set up an appointment with us. We arrived at 2PM, Ty showed... us the Escape and we drove it up the grade and really like it. Ty was good enough to let us try the Focus as a comparison and we were impressed with it's power and handling but preferring 4wd selected the Escape SE. Ty & Jeff went over the paperwork and got the deal rolling. Steve Gaulden handled the finance and we were out the door on our way home with our new Escape by 5PM. The process was smoothly handled and a pleasant experience. While our previous purchases were fairly good experiences (two Valley dealerships), we're glad we came to Sonora Ford.

    We just purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from this dealership. If you're thinking about buying a Ford product, take the time to travel to Sonora Ford. It was... the greatest experience we've every had - no pressure, no haggling, etc., etc.. Jeff, Steve and Rick were the best and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. This is the first time we've ever left a dealership feeling great about our purchase. Seriously, take the time to visit this dealership. You won't regret it!
