Great Salesperson

Shopping at Northlakes Mercedes-Benz was a very pleasant experience. Paul is a very knowledgeable salesperson. He really seems to enjoy his job. I would certainly use him again. I was really impressed with Paul and the friendliness I encountered.

Great service !

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. Mercedes Northlake was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see Nick at Mercedes Northlake

Mercedes Northlake never disappoints!

Had an excellent experience with Andy Duong! He made sure my car was ready and all the paper work needed was submitted prior to coming in so I didn’t have to wait. He even delivered my gift with my vehicle purchase (I was so excited I forgot) — if you need someone whose ready to go above and beyond to make your experience smooth, Andy is your guy!

FIrst Class Service

Purchased my car here and have brought it in for service. Highly recommend Carr Jones for service tech. He even sends video of his assessment of the car. He treats it as if it was his own. Best service I have ever received.

Amazing dealership and staff

Love Mercedes Benz Northlake!

Michael Masotti really made my experience with MB so so wonderful. From the point of determining I wanted a new build, to working with me while there were supply chain issues (across the world), to seeing the look on my face when I finally got to see my new car, I was well taken care of every step of the way. I’m a very relationship-based person, and building relationships holds a lot of weight for me, and I can’t say enough good things about Michael. He was so thoughtful and really guided me every step of the way, and i am beyond appreciative for his support. When I got to the point of learning and navigating my way around my new car, Rachel Westmoreland was beyond warm and welcoming. She ensured me that no question I had was silly or crazy, and I am so thankful for her guidance. Additionally, Nancy Wilkinson was a wonderful guide and helper with the financing aspect of this process. I felt comfortable and also cared for in the process, which helps anyone feel at ease as a new car buyer. I am so thankful for Michael and the team for helping me every step of the way and for making me feel like the most valued customer! Thank you MB Northlake, I truly appreciate everything!
