Christian is a skilled and knowledgeable technician who clearly understands the intricacies of Mercedes vehicles inside and out. What truly stood out was Christian’s attention to detail. He didn’t just address the immediate concern; I could tell he was thorough in his inspection and proactive in making sure everything was functioning as it should. He takes the time to explain what’s happening with the vehicle in a way that’s both clear and reassuring. I had the opportunity to drive a 2025 GLE hybrid and had

I had the opportunity to drive a 2025 GLE hybrid and had an amazing experience. My test drive was with a sales associate named Miller and to be quite frank, it was one of the best test drives I have ever had. Usually sales people just put you behind the drivers seat, attempt to explain everything to you and then let you drive the car while trying to figure out how to navigate all of the features. Miller took a different approach and drove the car himself first while taking the time to show me how all of the features worked. This made for a much better experience and I was able to fully understand the features that were important in a much better way. Very impressed by the car and the sales associate.
