After buying a new Equinox EV, I had no internet

After buying a new Equinox EV, I had no internet connection, and dealing over the phone with Onstar was very frustrating. At Davison-Gephardt, Josh Smith, the service manager, took an immediate interest in my problem and found the solution. I'm very grateful for the attention he gave me, he made my day.

I would like to share the positive, outstanding

I would like to share the positive, outstanding experience we had with Blake McGuire at Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet in Loveland. He not only responded promptly to our inquiry in the evening of the availability of the Equinox EV, but, set up an appointment with him the next morning. He is not only is extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, but, was very patient explaining the features of the different models and had us drive the two different models. The entire process from beginning to the final steps of leasing the Equinox EV RS3 vehicle was amazing with all those involved with the deal. Whether you are interested in an EV or other Chevrolet vehicle, we would highly recommend Blake McGuire. It was the best experience we?ve ever had with a dealership.

Marlin and Chris were amazing!

Marlin and Chris were amazing! Kind, not pushy, informative, with a great sense of humor! Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know! And they were fast! Fasted vehicle we have ever purchased and we’ve purchased quite a few over the years! We are extremely satisfied with the service we received, the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the vehicle. Thanks Marlin and Chris!

News Feed posts Milliken/Johnstown discussion Two

News Feed posts Milliken/Johnstown discussion Two weeks ago, I bought this GMC Yukon from Davidson Gephardt Chevrolet in Loveland. I made the decision to buy from a large dealership so I didn't have to worry about buying a problem car. Everything went quick and I was on the road in the Yukon in no time, but before I got home, the transmission started shifting extremely hard. So much so, that it was actually painful. The dealership had closed for the night, so I returned the next day. The salesman gave me the phone number for service and I made an appointment to get it in. The service advisor said, "Your Yukon needs a new transmission. The cost is $7,700." I drove in to speak to the salesman. He said, "The car is yours. You're stuck with it." I said, "You showed me that your technician checked the transmission before I bought it. Now five miles down the road, your technician says it needs a new transmission!?" I told the salesman that this is ridiculous and to do the right thing and take back the Yukon. He said, "There's no way we're taking that back. It's your car. Legally, it's your problem, not ours." I called the lender and spoke to a representative. I asked if the loan had been funded yet. They said it hadn't. I told them about the transmission and the lender said we won't fund the loan. Great! I went back to the dealer and they said, "Wow! You know what, this has never happened before." They were stuck. With no loan, they had to take the Yukon back. I waited for over a week for my down payment, and nothing. I went in to the dealer and they never sent it out. Davidson Gephardt Chevrolet was absolutely horrible to deal with. The worst part, by far, is that they turned around and put it up for sale again. Only for someone else to go through the same ordeal. I'm shocked that a big dealership could be so awful. I waited to post this until everything was settled and my check for my down payment cleared. Do not give Davidson Gephardt Chevrolet your business!!!

My key fob was worn out.

My key fob was worn out. There was a recall on them so I took them in. I was told that I would get a separate key and fob. Not ideal but at least the fob would be replaced. Waited for almost 4 hours in the waiting room only to get two new keys and my old broken fobs back. AND...all they did was cut the keys off the fob. The keys themselves were never the problem. Now I have two things to carry in my pocket. I was told I could get a replacement fob at my own expense. Over $100 for just one! I went to Amazon and ordered 2 for $20 with shipping. In far less time I spent sitting in the waiting area, I will be able to fix them myself. I was told "yeah, about 99 percent of all people pass on the recall. Well,.I would have too if it had been explained correctly to me in the first place. And NO! It was NOT explained! You basically implied I either didn't listen or was not capable of understanding what the final outcome would have been.

Exceptional Service

My experience with Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet was exceptional, to say the least. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I always anticipate and expect a great experience. With our current economy in the slumps, great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But not at this dealership. Every employee I have encountered is happy and helpful. I have been using this dealership for a few years now to service my suburban. Recently, we had an unfortunate and costly mishap where all wiring and many modules had to be replaced. We filed a claim with insurance and Darek was my service advisor. From the very beginning, he was helpful, polite, professional and attentive where he would always check in with me to give complete and thorough updates about my vehicle. Darek was very knowledgeable with every little detail from filing supplemental insurance claims to answering my many questions and reassuring me that my suburban was in good hands with his technicians. Josh, the service manager, was also very helpful and knowledgeable with all things service and was able to provide a helping hand when needed while always being polite and professional. To the owner of this dealership, you truly have a wonderful service team. Working in the customer service industry for Hilton corporation, I understand this team positivity is due to the company structure and truly caring for your employees. So kudos to you and upper management for figuring this out and rewarding your team for a job well done. To any other potential customers considering servicing your vehicle through this dealership, I highly recommend them for any insurance claims that involve mechanical work or just a simple service appointment. The service department team will get it done, get it done fast and get it done right the first time while being thorough and upfront with all costs. Thanks again Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet service team. Katie Martin

Corvette Service

Technicians are knowledgeable and trained on servicing my corvette. I get the same care I have observed at the Bowling Green, KY assembly plant.
