Dishonest Business Practices
Poor Business Practices, I was a repeat customer, never again. Multiple lies this time around and no resolutions. Avoid this dealership by all means possible!

Worst buying experience of my life
I'm so angry, sad, and shocked about these 2 weeks which have passed and I still haven't had any communication, purchase agreement, fees explained. Being I am out of NY and the Jeep is in Maryland, I knew this would be tough. But no communication, sales doesn't answer questions or call back. The salesman, Carlos, seemed in experienced and young. The General Mgr Ali was mocking me, rude, kept drilling me about trade in prices that he paid on this vehicle before it was being sold to me. Andy, another Mgr, never called me back, even promising he would. Then the last day of a 3 day weekend, after explaining the bank was closing in 3 hours. I need purchase agreement so I can get loan and come get vehicle over the weekend. Now Omar took over the task and it was too late, by the time I got the email to leave the last deposit and a new purchase agreement was emailed, the underwriters were gone. After I tried all week, got ignored, even called their corporate store and spoke to Bethany 3 separate times to be a liason. It's the worst car buying experience of atleast 28 years of My life! My husband and I are loyal Dodge, Jeep buyers and I feel ashamed that this dealership scammed me as they did. It was as if they didn't want to sell the vehicle. No interest in helping me at all!!!! I would give them NEGATIVE STARS if I could. Buyers beware.

Avoid this dealer like the plague
Run as fast as you can the opposite away from this terrible dealership. Both Jaryd, Manuel and Ali run the place like a used car dealership. Looking for dishonesty, backpadeling and nickel and diming? This dealership is for you!

Here is another NO STAR review from me as it seems the first one has been conveniently removed. I have been waiting for over three month now for an answer from the service department, who was supposed to get a decision from their corporate office about fixing my fender flairs, but I have gotten no answer, no phone call, nothing.... Terrible service, unprofessional and simply unacceptable.

Once you've driven off the lot? Forget it. You're nobody! Making payments on a new car I can't even drive. They Refuse to address it
Best costumer service all around! Bought two cars from Henry and I woulnt think twice to go back to this dealer if I needed a third car.

Wonderfully charismatic and friendly.
We worked with Sameh when we arrived at the dealership. Sameh was very courteous and friendly and seemed absolutely genuine. If you want a no-hassle, non-pushy experience I would recommend Sameh. It is nice to work with someone that carries a smile in their bag.
